Nearly every practice in San Antonio has featured a spectacular play by Martellus Bennett. It has also featured something else:

Courtney Brown getting beat deep.

It happened again Sunday morning. The cornerback who gave up a 47-yard reception in the pre-season loss to Oakland gave up a 53-yard touchdown to Kevin Ogletree. This came three plays after Brown was beaten for 25 yards by another receiver.

They all have beaten Brown. Take your pick.

The fans at the Alamodome have taken notice.

"Keep running to the showers,'' one fan screamed after Brown was beaten by Ogletree. "Your days here are numbered.''

Yes, it's been a rough camp for Courtney Brown.

That was yours truly who shouted for Brown to keep running to the showers.....oops.....did not think much of it at the time.....I was just mad at the blown coverages by the same player so much.

Man, after watching his poor performance in Oak.....and then this morning TC back-to-back he gave up big yardage plays....I figured someone needed to let him know how bad he is covering since our coaches did nothing.....someone had to step up!

I hope it helps him get cut......he is NOT an NFL cb--period.

Yeah, way to go feeling good about yourself for humiliating and demoralizing and low level athlete trying to make a living in the nfl- probably his lifelong dream.

Isn't this his first season trying to play corner in the nfl? What are the endeavours you've had in life and have you been excellent at all of them. Surely, you yelling those philosophical tidbits of encouragement was gonna make him a lot better or improve overall team morale.

I'm sorry, I know you're fanatical about your team and would be rah rah in that regard but I have no respect for people like you.

Dude Crazy! I was two rows away from you today! Wow, small world. I went there with my buddy and we both laughed at that! Good times. Not sure if you saw me, I had a gray Texas Tech lacrosse shirt on and a Blue cowboys hat, I know that really narrows it down...but you know!

They have a "Rugby" and a paintball team as well. They pay for themselves and play other big 12 "club teams".

I don't know about being butt hurt about hurting a guys feelings, but I agree with the overall sentiment of this post.

Just the same way I don't agree with "QB Coach".

I don't get why they think they are famous and should be proud of stuff like that. I know that is my personal opinion and mostly everyone loves this type of stuff but I guess I just don't see how something like that should boost an ego.

I mean I met Roy Williams and tried to get info pertaining to our team, and was even hesitant to post that.

Had I said something like "Dude, you really played like crap this year." I wouldn't of come on here and bragged about it.

Good experience for CC though, I have no problem with him, he's a great fan.

Not true. We did get support from the school. But we also had dues. We have a national governing body with eligibility requirements and everything. Also had Conferences and a national tourney. It was as close to being varsity as possible without it being varsity. But we would have gotten smoked by any NCAA team.

Worked out great for me though. I was able to continue playing a sport I loved and to be able to have a life and concentrate on some school.
