In fairness best ever when talking Dallas Cowboys QB is a feat that is done over a period of time. Roger and Troy proved their greatness year after year and 5 championships combined. I hope to see Romo right up there with both guys but that is still a ways off. In the meantime just enjoy the fact that we have one of the most dynamic QB's in the NFL right now

I come away more impressed every game. Not to take anything away from Troy or Staubach, but I really believe Romo is the best individual athlete we've ever had at the position. Whether or not this will translate into Super Bowl rings remains to be seen.

Go back to your other post CC and you'll see that I didn't call you crazy then and I'm not now. I see a lot of Roger in Tony and I think he could end up being our best ever. The intangibles are incredible and all he has to do is limit the mistakes and he's going to be a great one.

Romo IS the man. as far as best ever, he's still a little wet behing the ears.
I'm sure gonna have fun watching him try to be the best Dallas has ever had.

I had a lot of fun with Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo last week and I know this doesn't sound right, but after 14 NFL starts I really do believe he's the real deal. He's quick to smile and he's quick to pull gags with the media. Once the Cowboys get back to winning — I mean in the playoffs or even a Super Bowl — he will not change. He will always be the matador like I called him on our show. He loves playing the game and having fun and I don't think he'll change. That's his personality. I really like him and maybe some day we'll all know him like we do Favre. I think he's a very special young quarterback and, like Favre, Romo is 4-0 and everyone is calling the league's next superstar.

Good observation. It's been proven that it takes more than a great athlete at QB to be a great one.

I would like to see Romo go down as the best ever. Why? It means we are obviously winning Super Bowl titles and to beat Troy, that means we have 4 headed our way. What a ride that would be.

I'm as impressed with Romo as any QB I've seen at this stage. But to be the best ever, takes time. Seasons worth.

I believe he can do it. But the games must be played.
