Parsons sends a 'call to action' to the team ahead of free agency

It doesn't look like they are interested in trading him. I would think they would sign him to get the cap space before free agency starts. That's what it looks like Parsons is pushing for. It's interesting that Parsons is so vocal about it and wants to do it to try and win in Dallas. They need to try and do it now while Parsons is in his prime. It's now or never.
And do it while Parsons still wants to be here.

He would be smart too.
Why would he want to stay on this train wreck of a franchise?
Just be another player wasting his career here.
Just like Deware and Witten.
Glad Deware got his ring.
A train wreck would be teams like the Jets and Browns.

Even if we somehow got Garrett, this team is going nowhere, barring massive overachieving by alot of folks.

Add Nick Bolton. Draft 2 dtackles. Draft 2 running backs. Add a receiver. Add an olineman. Sign a few of our own.

I never understood this so maybe someone can help me understand. Why do star players stay in situations when they know the odds of them winning a championship with that team are low? Before you say money, they'll get paid no matter what. Why not get money and the championship
probably the same reason fans don't jump ship. players gain attachments, have pride etc.
