As an employee, which do you prefer, a boss who takes care of you or a boss who is hard on you and abuses you? I don't have a problem with being taken care of being part of Micah's criteria for a good boss. Most players view football as a business, so he's going to view Jerry from a business standpoint. We don't view Jerry that way, so we know he hasn't gotten the job done as a GM.

Would he be willing to do to Micah what we did to Reddick? Would he do to Dak what the Vikings did to Cousins? Would he do to CD what the Chiefs did to Tyreek?

Jerry actually gets personally involved in his players' lives. That doesn't make him a good GM, and probably hurts him in that regard, but I can't blame players for appreciating that. He takes care of them.

Micah has put up with jerry for 3-4 years we have put up with jerry for 35 years !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Micah is too dumb to think about that. Heck, we have put up with jerry for longer than Parsons has been alive !

Also if jerry is so great why is parsons pleading for him to do something in FA ! get myles G !

We sometimes think as fans we have no voice but clearly the message is reaching the players, the team, Jerry - YOU ARE TERRIBLE, THE FANS HAVE TURNED ON YOU.

Micah spoke (badly), but he spoke against us being heard. Personally, I like to know that we are getting through.

Tell everyone how great GM Jerry "Yoda" is. Micah Parsons is about to break the bank, smart young man.

Good point. He said he takes care of his players…. But didn’t say he was committed to winning. Or he might have, I didn’t read the article.

A good example of this is when Lamb signed his deal last year. There was a report that Jerry has a businessman talk with him on how to manage money. This is Jerry being a good GM as far as caring about his players beyond the football field. He went above and beyond to set up Lamb. What I would like to see is his passion for being a father figure remain in place but he increases his passion for winning. If that makes sense.

Obviously Parsons hadn’t been paying attention. Fans have said Jethro is “a players GM”. He does pamper his players especially the stars. And I’d argue that’s not an asset. But remember who this is coming from.

What Parsons is missing is the hate or criticism is derived from Jethro’s meddling and undermining unable to build a championship caliber team after Jimmy’s departure.

This freaking circus disgusts me more everyday .
It's not a football team it's a soap opera.
But at least the tide has turned it's full-blown public the fans hate Jerry and Micah is not saving him as everyone sees through his brown nosing.

We have used this guy up to his potential get rid of him before we need to pay him at the height of his value collect draft picks and rebuild the team.
The rest of Parsons career is not going to help this team.
