And now each and every single decision made afterwards are an effort to prop him up in an attempt to justify their mistake.

Need to maintain the system he’s ’comfortable with’.

Need a head coach who’s worked with him.

Need a better running game to take more pressure off of him.

Need a better defense to also take pressure off of him.

The mistake of betting your entire future on this guy affects each and every part of the organization going forward.

But I'd add it's 20 additional years of unfulfilled promises that he carries the mantle for.......let's not erase or exclude the complete narrative that Jerry has created for many to simply be critical of just one guy. They should have asked Dak who his Top Ten DEs and DBs are.
