I told you I don’t follow your posts here and I mentioned all your failed Super Bowl predictions from years ago on the old board. lol What have you been right about here care to post a quote?

So you don't follow my posts here, yet I am always getting things wrong? CASE CLOSED LOL

Maybe you should follow me. You might learn something.

And nobody on here is going to believe that I was making SB predictions. LOL

Its not what I do. If anything I am accused of being a hater. But nice try.

Zeke has two rushing titles, did we win SB's either year? CASE CLOSED!!!!

Winning rushing title doesn’t guarantee Super Bowl wins ask Eric Dickerson, Barry Sanders, Adrian Peterson, Earl Campbell and a number of other backs. Do you think their teams would have been better off without them and faired better with an RB by committee with a tandem of backups?

You’re just looking for a fight and to turn this into an insult battle. This has been your MO for the past 15+ years whenever you get exposed. You used to get hammered on the old board and only became a member here to continue to take more punishment by a larger group of fans. Apparently you enjoy being pummeled.

So had there been a salary cap back then you would’ve moved on from those great backs and went with a tandem of average runners to save cap space? You know you’ve taken it on the chin when the insults start flying. I think it’s best you take a time out before you’re given one.

First of all, to compare Zeke to those other backs is laughable. Zeke isn't even in the same room with those cats. Many of those guys I would definitely roll out the brinks truck for. Zeke, not a chance.

Zeke barely has any runs over 15 yards. Zeke lacks speed and elusiveness and homerun ability. Not to mention he is a mental midget, bad leader, and one drunken night away from a full year suspension.

I followed your posts on the old board because there wasn’t near as many posters and you were always wrong then. Part of the fun on that board was watching you get hammered every time one of your predictions blew up in your face. lol Your lack of insight and logic is on full display in this thread.

He’s had two rushing title is in his first four seasons so that does compare with those backs. It’s clear you don’t like him we get it! It’s a waste of time arguing with someone who doesn’t like a player. By the way you told me you were putting me on ignore a long time ago. Please put me back on it. lol

I don't like his salary and I don't like his off the field or leadership qualities. For some reason, everyone has to like Zeke or you get offended.

Zeke was fine until we signed him to a 15 million dollar contract. Now he will have to live up to it, which he didn't this past year.

No different than Dak. He will have to live up to the big contract, just like Lawrence hasn't so far.

I’m no Zeke lover and have some issues with him. However he’s been solid on the field and is clearly one of our best players. He had a very solid season in 2019 with over 1300 yards and 12 TDs. Despite all the passing we did he was less than 100 yards rushing off of what he had in 2018 and he doubled his TDs from 2018. He lived up to his contract this past season.

I guess we just have different standards. I don't think he had a good season by even his own standards. He was almost non existent the first half of the year. There wasn't one game where I thought he was unstoppable. Pollard to me looked better in spot duty. Ran harder, quicker, hit the hole faster, better vision, home run threat.

Zeke finally got his TD's up to respectable, but he should have had more considering he played in the #1 offense in the NFL.
To legitimize a contract like that, you need to have 2000 combined yards and 20 total TD's.

I didn’t like him holding out with 2 years left on his contract. He also didn’t make $15 million this past year or the next 2. His contract was pretty team friendly. Although I don’t believe Dak should be highest paid QB I realize he will be, just hope it’s structured in a team friendly manner.

Our run blocking was beyond bad in some games. He put up solid rushing numbers despite opponents zeroing in on him. He was good out of the backfield and can block. We’ve discussed this enough and we disagree.

There is more than one team in the NFL. Do you watch or follow the rest of the league?

Why don't you look up the stats for rushing leaders winning the SB of late. When was the last time?

Yah balance is awesome, but when you have one of the best lines in football, you don't need all your eggs in one basket like Zeke. A committee of quality backs can get the job done. Overkill having to spend 15 million on one guy.

But since I go against logic, feel free to list the things my logic has been wrong about.
It was a mistake , but the deal is done Roy.
Most SB winners dont have a high paid top 5 RB, they usually have 1 or 2 good RB's.
That means the money dallas is spending on zeke SB teams can spend that elsewhere to make the TEAM better.
The year Seattle won, lynch was pretty good, not sure where he ranked or what his pay was, I think he got more money after that win.

The other thing is even with our OL and EE, our run game is often shut down to the tune of 50 yds in a game, so that is a problem too.
They blame dak, but either you can run or you cant. There are other issues I see , like the blocking schemes, which I hope MM changes.
But EE is the main back, and they have to pay him, no going back now, so make the best of it and run him a lot, which the jones boys
might not want to do,for various reasons.
Pay him then dont use him lol.

He is paid so nothing we can do now. But that doesn't mean you cant use Pollard more then we have. Offense would be better if they did. Clearly Pollard presents a big play ability that we are sorely lacking from Zeke and the run game.

I very much blame the coaching and conservative play calling up the middle for some of the issues with the run game. Hopefully that will change with McCarthy and Moore.

We should use Pollard more so Zeke can lose weight since he won’t need to be a “bell cow”. Hopefully he will regain his explosiveness.

Seattle’s QB was also on a rookie contract! I believe JJ and JG really screwed up our super Bowl window with Dak and Zeke on rookie contracts!!
