I think we are going to find out this year with Bellichik and Brady split.
Mcarthy not getting any help from free agency from Cowboys front office. He cannot make chicken salad out of chicken ship.

I fell sorry for Mcarthy. Instead of building a monster, he has to recruit defense. No DL at all, when we dont get that crucial interception for a playoff berth game, remind yourself of how Cowboys played free agency.

McCarthy was handed the keys to one of the best offenses in football. Free agency hasn’t even begun yet and the Cowboys have space to sign whoever they want (and can create another 40mil if they want to).

Always shows a posters knowledge when they question the importance of coaching.

The success of the patriots will depend on what direction they go not whether Billi can coach. We already know he can.

Game day coaching is massively overrated for most coaches. Though there are exceptions, Belichick being the most obvious of them.

In general, coaching is hugely important. But most of the impact happens the other six days of the week.

Jason Garrett sure wishes it was.

No, it isn't.
The coach sets the tone for the program and good ones have a say in front office transactions.

Coaching is very important.
Especially ones who win battles week to week in the film room and with design.
They consistently know what they need to do get Ws and are very seldom surprised.
Having a cohesive plan to acquire, develop then efficiently deploy talent is the entire pathway to winning.

BB knew how to maximize talent around Tom Brady.
Brady almost certainly isn't winning a title in Miami.
