If Irving and Gregory return (maybe Cowboys brass knows something we don’t)... then we have lost Quinn and Collins, but added Gregory, Irving, McCoy to the rotation— and perhaps we add a nice draft pick in April?

Nice get from us. The pressure and presence that he adds in the middle of the line only makes the ends better.

If we can get Gregory and Irving back along with this, it definitely makes our line better then just Quinn and Collins.

Reminds me of when Steinbrenner used to sign star players after their careers were over. They give you a glimpse of what they once were but its also clear they are not those players anymore. This is a good stopgap move, but this is not enough of an upgrade to help this defense.

I agree on both counts. That's what I'm expecting to happen as well. I'm also anticipating a veteran stopgap corner to be signed to try to get us through the next year or two.

Kinlaw imo is too good to pass up. Draft is deeper in cb and s. Can't ignore a top flight dt.
