Hell no. May be if he gets a ring or two. But as of now no. Hell I don't think anyone in this Garrett era will be ROH bound. I can see Zeke if he keeps it up....depends on how you feel about Ware and Witten. Are those Garrett era guys? Played their prime under him but came in under Parcells. Those the only 2 guys I see getting in.

I'm glad to have Sean Lee resigned. It got me thinking if he is Ring of Honor worthy. What say you?

The question I would ask is,

Does anyone from the JG era deserve a ROH spot?

Seems to me like Romo might get one based in his relationship with Jones, but it’s interesting how much we attribute those wasted years to Garrett or that the players just weren’t quite that good.

ROH for the very good lol.

Had he stayed healthy, there's an argument cause he was a legit game changer early on.

Only players I can see a case for are:

Witten, Ware, T. Smith, Martin, and maybe Romo since he and Jerry were very close it seemed(and he set personnal records here)

Zeke and few others are on the TBD list for me. Zeke has a shot too, but RBs these days are so volatile in terms of long term performance.

Nope.

One all pro season, but as much as I like Sean, his legacy will be his injuries.

I do think Dez will get in, however.

Like I Said above it depends on who you consider the Garrett era. Romo, Ware and Witten were here before Garrett. But they played prime years with him. I consider the Garrett era to be the Tyron Smith, Dez, Sean Lee type guys. Tyron Smith might be so decorated by then that he may get in. Dez potentially but i'm leaning towards no there. Sean Lee needs more post season success just like Romo.

I don't see many guys from that era getting in. I guess Zeke technically would be consider one and I think he could get in if he keeps this up.

Most TD receptions in the most storied NFL franchise's history.

Bob Hayes is in there, Witten is a shoe-in, Irvin is in there. Dez will be in there.
I think Dez should get in but I agree I think its gonna be 50/50. My. main argument was the TD reception he has and I Do think the Cowboys will be forced to put in some guys from this era in there and Dez is the most qualified. He legit was one of the best players at his position in his prime.

I think that's fair. I think of this past era, you'll see D Ware, Witten, Romo, and Dez get in.

They were all forces in this league during their prime, and each deserved championship success and I hate that they couldn't make it work (in Dallas that is).

RoH worth is based on a player's entire contribution to the team. Sean Lee is still contributing. Who knows what else he may be a part of?

I see Witten as the only ROH worthy player from the Garrett era. Unfortunately, there weren't enough championships won and there wasn't enough of a legacy of winning achieved to warrant anyone else.

Romo i'm not sure. The only reason i'm more confident in Ware, Witten and Dez is because they are highly regarded as the best player at there position. At least top 3 during their prime. Romo is a little more tricky. I try to compare guys to who are currently in there to see if I can find a comparison....Romo is the only guy that I can't find a comparison for but maybe Don Meredith? Did some of his post career stuff get him in the ROH?
