From what I understand, he turned it down mainly because of the money. I'm not sure completely, but seem like he wanted more than they were offering.

He will only be in MM’s way. No way he comes back unless JJ steps in. We’re looking to move forward not back. Isn’t 20 plus years of this crap enough for some of you. He was washed up and a cancer when he left!

sorry that can be defended , he has a lot more then that prior to the injuries' etc

he didnt have 75tds all by jump balls, go back and watch EVERY Dez play..many slants, posts, and other stop and go routes taken to the house..

Dez was not just a situational player, hwe was top 5 for 3 straight years, put up ridiculous numbers..

Don’t get me wrong, he was a great WR early in his career when his physical talent was better than most. But as he aged he could no longer rely solely on physical ability and had to work at his craft which he didn’t do. That’s why he’s not with the team now. Well, that and his sideline antics.
