The Eagles wasted a 2nd round pick on a developmental QB who, if everything does as they expect, will likely never take a lot of snaps at QB.......... while having needs at defensive back, linebacker and even still WR.

It's a classic case of Howie Roseman thinking he's the smartest man in the room and I'll show them syndrome.

I didn't realize he was 24. And yeah, he was 238 at the Combine, and he probably gained weight for it.

I thought he was kinda overrated, but knowing he's 24 and obv lied about his test, I'd probably pass on him.

Baun or Chinn... looking for another starter. Again I like Eason (played for Kellen Moore's Coach... natural fit) but need to stack this defense.

I really thought you guys would double dip and get Mims. A lot of people wanted y'all to get him in the 1st round...fell to the 2nd.....I don't understand what the Eagles are doing.

I think it's 10 minutes in the first, 7 minutes in the second, and 5 minutes in the third.

If we get another of my pet cats in the third I may have to consume some alcohol. Well, I'm doing that already, but more.

We do still have 2 expensive starting WRs, and normally run 12 formation, so I do understand not getting a second round WR to ride the pine all year. Still would have been fun though.

To be fair, a lot of things people are saying about Hurts is what they said about Dak Prescott in 2016- can't throw from the pocket, needs time to develop, slow to read defenses; etc..

Maybe if Hurts lights it up in the preseason you guys can trade him for a higher pick in 2021.
