New England, Carolina, Washington, New York Giants......

You dont think Daniel Snyder would sign Dak for 30? You dont think he understands what that would do for Commander fans and season tickets, what that would do to the Cowboys and for the rivalry?

This guy is tragically mistaken.
Hell No, No, No, and No

The Giants wouldn't, not that they think Jones is a ton better he's just not asking for 40m per season. Carolina wouldn't either after they signed Bridgewater. New England wouldn't either they don't sign big money players except every once in a great while and only CBs.

Yeah but they have literally let every player that wants a raise walk.

I think there is a first time for everything. Yes they might overpay Dak for a little but. But when Dak is wanting to be the highest paid QB for the sake of it, rather than thinking of the team, the Joneses might think twice, and will probably let Dak walk.

It may not be much. But Cowboys drafted a QB in the 7th with McCarthy's imprint all over it. Now they pick up Andy Dalton. The Cowboys might actually be thinking of letting Dak walk. We will have to just wait and see.

New England. I think Belichick is going cheap this year as they have very little cap space. I highly doubt they'd be in the market for Prescott this year.

Carolina. Even less of a chance that the Patriots since they just signed Bridgewater to 3 years 63 million. Can't cut him due to the ridiculous dead cap over the next two years. Can't sign both because the combined cap hit would be stupid high.

Washington. If they didn't want to go with Haskins they would have drafted Tua while they had the chance. Signing Dak after the draft would make no sense.

New York Giants. No. For the same reason most teams wouldn't. They think they already have their QB. They're not signing any free agent QBs unless it's for backup.

pretty sure most of the league would pay 30m for Dak. That’s the going rate for a quality startimg QB that’s proven, young, playoff win, and still improving. 30m lol seriously!?!?
Crappy QBs will be making that from now on...that’s baseline for QBs
Seriously stay off twitter

I agree with the original Tweet. Dak does not have the league-wide appeal that a "franchise Quarterback" should.

I'm a Dak fan, but I think his value to Dallas is significantly higher than is is to other teams. But Dak and his agent are counting on this:
Jerry will eventually cave and Dak knows it.

I don' think there are more than a few teams that would sign Dak for anything close to what he's asking, especially if you look at each team's situation.

Dalton has NEVER been in an offense this loaded, its not even close to the best team they ever had in Cincy. Cincy drafted Burrow because they wanted a QB on a rookie deal. They manage their team on P&L and not W&L
Dalton would only dream of the supporting cast Dak had . Dak is the luckiest player , and he fails to appreciate it . One cowboys team official said if Romo had not got hurt , Dak would have never seen the field . Amazing how agents have affected players’ perspectives.

I love the move of signing Dalton to not only sure up the backup spot but also as a negotiation strategy of letting Dak know we have a thought out plan B if we must go that way. Dak is worth 30 mil. He’s not worth the 40 mil he wants tho. If it’s true we offered him 33 mil in the past, he should really consider taking that. He will more then make it up as The face of the cowboys through endorsements he wouldn’t get offered if he was playing anywhere else.
