So it's one on one now? Lmao...Really, last i checked Dak was down 21-3 against Rodgers and 28-13 after 3 quarters in the playoffs, when Romo played Rodgers in the playoffs we had the lead most of the game and would have kept it not for the Demarco Murray fumble and the Dez catch. You talk alot but you sure don't seem to be able to back up anything you are saying
So it's one on one now? Lmao...
I didn't read the entire thread. Your's caught my eye. I apologize it hurt your feelings. Call me a dishonest hypocrite all you want, only because you can online.I didn't make the comparison i was responding to it, if you were an honest poster you would have posted the quote i was responding to. Posted by Blake:"Romo wasn't the best player, not by a mile. He sure as heck wouldn't have been able to duel it out with Rogers like Dak did. Romo would've caved under the pressure because he realizes Aaron Rodgers is just that much better than he could ever hope to be." Is it one on one for that poster too? or is it just for guys who don't think Dak is the guy. Your a hypocrite

The implication was Romo threw picks that cost games at the end of the season. He may have thrown his share of picks during games, but the whole concept that he constantly choked in games at the end of the year by throwing picks was inaccurate. This is an awfully biased post which excludes Romo’s part in these failures. Care to maybe include some of those or do you want me to take a stab at it to balance it out to be a little more accurate?
Romo didn't play in the last game in 2013.Are you kidding me???
Did you forget about the back-to-back-to-back playoff contention elimination Week 17 games between the 2011 - 2013 seasons?
Unbelievable the lengths to what some people will go to cover up for Romo.
Well, you went into excuse mode. Example, Crayton dropping a probable TD. Yeah Crayton dropped a pass on 3rd down and they had the mix up on the final drive where he shouldn’t have slowed down. That happened. Also, Romo played like crap. He missed a wide open Terrell Owens in the red zone which was a probable TD as well forcing the Cowboys to settle for a FG. For some reason, this huge blown opportunity gets constantly swept under the rug.The implication was Romo threw picks that cost games at the end of the season. You know this is precisely why Over the top Romo fans get on my nervesWell, you went into excuse mode. Example, Crayton dropping a probable TD. For 2012 you simply mention the team was 8-8. Well in week 17 Romo had the ball in his hands down 3 with an opportunity to tie or win the game late in the fourth. He threw an interception on the very first play which set up the Commanders game clinching TD.
In 2008, we lost 44-6 and you claim Romo was running for his life and didn’t get much help. Romo was one of the worst players on the field that day. He was inaccurate as hell starting with the 3rd down pass on the first series. He was throwing up ducks. You mention “the team” had 4 fumbles. Romo lost 2 of the 4.
Same goes for the QB nowYou know this is precisely why Over the top Romo fans get on my nerves
tony could have gotten a better deal for sure but to hear them tell his story he very rarely has any accountability it’s always someone else
well he was always part of the success but he contributed to the failures as well
I may feel even more for Romo if I didn’t have to listen to that garbage for years
I liked tony but can’t stand his over the top fans
That’s a fair statement but not to the same degree IMOSame goes for the QB now
Yes, because he was injured once again. But he played in the previous last games and failed in 2011 and 2012.Romo didn't play in the last game in 2013.
Correct. That darn glitch. It hasn't been mentioned in a while so perhaps many have forgotten. Romo suffered from the glitch. Regrettably there is no cure.
lol, nice backtrack. You had no idea until you looked it up. You’re such a joke... that’s like the third or fourth time you’ve been busted on that. Now go scour Twitter for today’s Dak facts or highlight video. The day’s almost over.Yes, because he was injured once again. But he played in the previous last games and failed in 2011 and 2012.
Shut your trap, Troll. I knew but still included Mr. Hollywood because his inability to perform once again affected the team back-to-back-to-back when the playoffs were on the line. That's the guy you still praise. Embarrassing. You must love coming up short and choking.lol, nice backtrack. You had no idea until you looked it up. Yeah pretend that everyone can’t read exactly what you wrote. That pesky time limit in editing posts strikes again. Just because you close your eyes and live in a fantasy world, doesn’t mean everyone’s going there with you. You weren’t even a Cowboys fan in 2013, liar.Shut your trap, Troll. When it's win or go home, it only takes one to ruin a season.Feel free to put one together. Probably be pretty short. Let me help,
1st year, Seattle, we all know about that.
2nd year, Giants loss 21-17 he threw a pick in the endzone at the end of the game in desperation. Didn't help Crayton dropping a Probable TD and pulling up on his route on another in the endzone.
3rd year, Cowboys got pounded in Philly 44-6 missed playoffs, threw one pick. ran for his life. I'll give you that one, he didn't get much help, team had 4 fumbles.
4th year, Shutout Philly first round, lost to Vikings 34-3. 1 pick. Sacked 6 times.
5th year, 6-10 defense quits on Wade, Romo injured, our for year.
6th year, 8-8
7th year, 8-8
8th year, 8-8 Romo beat Skins to go 8-7 but ruptured disc. Orton losses to Philly in last game.
9th year, Beats Detroit in wild card round, no picks. 114 rating. Loses in GB, no picks 143 rating.
10th year, out with collarbone for year. 4-12
You know the rest of the story after that.
So that whole arguement about him isn't really accurate.
Translation: yeah that guy blew up my whole fake narrative, let me throw out a cliche and crawl back under my rock. When it's win or go home, it only takes one to ruin a season.
