He would be an idiot to not take the Ravens offer even if it’s league minimum. He would have a real chance at a SB.

I'm curious who the "other teams" are.

..didnt the Ravens offer him a nice contract from the start? And Dez thought he was more frosting than cake.

Yep, they did when Flacco was projected starter, who was horrible so he went the vet minimum route with Drew Brees instead.

He did make the mistake of turning down a multi-year offer from them before. Kudos to them for not taking that personally.

You know, when nobody was actually in their facilities...

I have no desire to bring back Dez, Dallas does not need to go backwards. We have the parts on offense to be successful and last thing we need is a complainer and whiner on this team. The man just does not know when to shut up and we don't need it on this team.

Just a personal opinion, but I think that a four WR red zone package of Cooper, Gallup, Lamb, and Bryant would give defenses fits.

Zeke (RB or FB) and Dak as run options in the backfield on any given play as well, and a spread out defense forced to line up against the Cowboys offensive line.

I think that a good coordinator could do a lot with that group.

Looks like he's finally going to get his chance.........doubt he leaves w/o contract. Having Lamar Jackson in your corner doesn't hurt.

Some of the few holes we have on the offensive side of the ball are:
A backup receiving TE in case of injury to Jarwin, or ineffectiveness by Jarwin
A RZ threat, as we were the worst offense in the league in 2019 when comparing offense outside of RZ to inside the RZ.
A veteran WR for depth. The projected top three WRs to backup our young three starters have a total career receptions of 21.

Lets look at a few things. First the only probable source for all this rumor is Bryant himself pumping himself up saying he's in such great shape. Next there have been players that visited teams for workouts all the time that also leave without any contract. Going for a workout IS NOT an automatic signing. Next just how many players who play what is considered a skilled position get signed that hasn't played in TWO years? Now after that workout the ravens will completely forget that the last two seasons Bryant did play he was one drop away from leading the league in drops and his last season he did lead the league in drops. They will also completely forget that Bryant was a problem in the locker room and sidelines. Now has it even occurred to you that like in 2018 Bryant is getting this workout just to see where he is so if during the season they have a rash of injuries to receivers like the saints they know who they may call in that desperate condition?

I'll bet you root for all players who get arrested for hitting their own mothers.

Your take/view on some things are odd........not saying it's good or bad, just odd (lol).

How is it odd to state true things about Bryant? The drops? The locker room and sideline problems? Not playing since 2017? Having only two teams actually showing any interest in him since 2017? Getting arrested for hitting his own mother? Being a desperation pickup by the saints? Just which of those are odd and not true?

The current offense is fine. This team needed a new HC and attention paid to defense and special teams. Those were the cause of last years downfall.

I think we have the personnel to be effective in the red zone without Dez. Lamb, Pollard, Jarwin, Gallup has shown a few times, Cooper can do about anything. Not to mention Zeke, who had 14 TD last year.

Take the hat off pal.

I see it's now universally acceptable for immature men to hit their mothers with their caps. Then a forgiving mother drops the chargers so that makes it alright. Where I was raised it's NEVER OK to hit your mother with anything or even threaten her, least of all by immature men who think they are entitled.
