I wasn't a big fan of Witten the last few years he was here, if someone had a thread about him signing with the Raiders i wouldn't post my feeling there due to the "if I don't have anything good to say then don't say nothing at all" way I was raised. Now if Witten is still on the team then I will express my opinion but he's with the raiders now and to me he's someone else issue. Last year I didn't want him on the team, what did the team do, they released him, I'm satisfied so what else is there for me to talk about concerning him? I got what i wanted. It's not personal with Witten I just thought that relationships were the only thing that kept him here and that should not be the reason but it was not personal. I really don't care what he does with the raiders he could have a good year or bad it really doesn't matter.

With Dez some wanted him gone and that's fair, y'all got what y'all wanted but when you care enough to come in and post negative about him trying out for another team to me you care too much personally. It has nothing to do with the Cowboys so what does it matter to you.

I'll leave you with this THE OPPOSITE OF LOVE IS NOT HATE BUT INDIFFERENCE.

AGAINit's it's your way or it's wrong, at least that's what you're trying to do. I couldn't care less what your opinion is on Witten or Bryant, but I do care about being able to express my opinion on anything without the self anointed thread police deciding what can and can't be commented on. Take your own advice and if you don't like what my comments are, just pass over them and forget about them. Oh and have you ever heard the old saying that love and hate are the two sides of a coin. Funny I never heard it as love and indifference are the two sides of a coin but then that's you trying to dictate to me as the self anointed thread police because you don't like what my opinion are.

The risk isn’t in the money in that scenario. The risk is that the team will catch his “cancer” and it will spread along with the fact he can’t shut up and he is detrimental to the team in other ways.

And not paying him any money allows them to cut him at the first sign of a problem. You know that as well as I do.

He could be used only in short yardage and goal line situations, possibly even somewhat effectively. But he a drop ball artist and you know he would be in the huddle begging for the ball on every play and melting down on the sidelines.

Then he'd be gone. As I've said repeatedly.

Is Dez still too proud to accept a Vet minimum deal? He'd be dumb to turn one down. Won't be the Cowboys, however.
I’ve never heard anyone accuse Dez of being smart so I wouldn’t be surprised if ego rules over brains.

Why ask cancer to come visit you? You don’t, which is why is is not here.

I don't consider him a "cancer". I think that's overly harsh and inaccurate.

Possibly. But he sure did a really great job of burning his bridges on the way out.

I will say this: I think being a Cowboy meant a lot to him. But, on the other hand his ego got in the way quite a bit later on in his career.

I only see 1team being interested? I f he signs with the ravens he will not be the same as he was with us especially with Jackson as the QB, he could not have chosen a worse QB to try and throw him the ball. That kid is wildly inaccurate cannot read defenses, the ravens camp is straight up selling wolf tickets ( liars) when they say he can. He will be sidelined soon for injury with all the running he does.

His tryout is wednesday. Then we'll know what he's got. Ravens are also working out another wr.

will be surprised if Dez doesn’t sign with them.

If they make an offer, I think he takes it. He's talked about getting an opportunity, not about money. In fact, when money did come up to him, he said he'd play for vet minimum for another chance in Dallas.

Dez playing some pickup ball. Steal and dunk at 9 min. He was mostly just goofing around, but doesn't look all that quick.
