DC talking heads on Cowboy's website seemed to be calling out Dak

Rams didnt punt until the 3rd quarter. LOL

Amazing how you can be so critical of Dak, yet the D seems to get free pass. sniffs of agenda.

Personally, I critique everyone.
I said to you "On Dak he did have a solid game , great 2nd quarter but didn't get it done again as you say he needs to get it done" that's critical, it is the truth. LMAO

I love Dak, I am in the pay Dak club but even I have to admit I don’t trust him to win one score games. I am terrified of Russ and Rodgers when they have the ball in those situations. Cowherd stated that if Dak was a better quarterback then the Rams would have went for it in 4th and 1. After rewatching the game I agree. Dak better win this year (NFC Tiltle Game)or the Cowboys might turn the page on him. Good news is that 9-7 will win the NFC East this year. I look at the Saints game, Vikings game, and Eagles games. Dak could have won those games but did not. The Rams game was there for the taking and we lose again. Dak cost us that game.

Read what I Highlighted again, and tell me exactly why you are so HELL BENT on paying him.

What are you afraid of? Why do you believe what you stated can't be replaced?

Down 3 with Over 2 minutes left in the game with a timeout and the 2-minute warning at his disposal, this fool couldnt even get us past mid field :facepalm:

And I dont wanna hear about the pass to Gallup. The GOAT (Randy Moss) even admitted that was OPI.

To be fair, Moss has no love for the Cowboys and he did commit to play at Florida State prior to having to play at Marshall. He may not be without Bias there.

Its insane because money had nothing to do with that game on Sunday. None at all. Cowboys last I heard have 29 million under the salary cap right? If all you can do is say "Well this is not what 40 million gives you" then you have no leg to stand on. Its lazy.

When Dallas invests $100M+ in Demarcus Lawrence and he has not delivered since signing that extension it isn't lazy to call him out more than a low priced player.

When Dallas invested $64M in Jaylon Smith and he has not performed since signing that extension it isn't lazy to call him out.

When Dak was reportedly asking for $35M+ in a new contract it isn't lazy to view his performance as less than acceptable for a player wanting that kind of money.

ANY player that signs a big money contract or extension is going to be scrutinized more than others because of the big money investment.

If you spend $500 on a used car and it has mechanical problems you sort of expect it given the low money investment but when you spend $50,000 on a new vehicle and it has mechanical problems you are going to be much more critical.

You guys have to stop bringing that up as if the Cowboys were why they only gave up 20 points. Rams could've easily scored 30 points that game if they wanted to. The only time the defense showed a pulse was when they started putting pressure on Goff and even then the pick Chido got shouldn't' have even counted because of Aldon hitting Goff in the head.
So you are saying they only scored 20 and could of put up 30 but they didn't want to??? This view just doesn't make sense. Come on guy you are better than this.

So based on your logic the Rams intentionally held back their offense to keep the game within 3 points instead of scoring more at will and easily securing the win? Holy craziness.

It is, but then you fail to properly analyze the defense and basically blame the whole loss on Dak.

And if we really want to get critical, Dak drove them for the tying FG and winning score and both were bad calls taken from us.

Your assessment that the PI was definitely an offensive PI is also agenda driven and laughable. Either way, Dak did his job there.

Last i checked he had 14 career game winning drives. Top 5 since he has been in the NFL.

So then I ask what has those 14 'game winning drives' gotten Dallas other than 3 playoff games in 4 years?

Thats an easy one.

With Dak we are just a good defense away from being a true contender.

Without Dak and a good defense we are one of the worse teams in the NFL.

So the Rams just decided,

So the Rams just decided, yeah 20 points is good, we will stop trying now. We Good.

Was surprised by the line play especially Poe, but bottom line was 20 points given up.

Weird, everyone...and I mean EVERYONE, is missing the Points Allowed correlation to defensive football success.

But, but but...
Time of possession. But 3rd downs...
But yardage...

I mean, is scoring 21 points while allowing 20 such a hard concept to grasp?

Blame and Accountability, or lack thereof that is, at its finest I see.

Zoners gonna Zone, lol

Go Cowboys

Its called running out the clock. And Mcvay must have been laughing his *** off when MM went for it instead of the game tying FG.

This is their way of saying don't give him money. They are pocket watching. Analysts shouldn't need to bring up salary in order to talk about a player. Lawrence and Jaylon can be talked about without bringing up their salary. That's a cop out.

This is incorrect IMO. Salary is absolutely a factor here, especially when you are talking about a QB who many in this fanbase think we need to pay $40MM or more to.

People can't have it both ways. They can't demand he get signed long term and be a Top 3 paid QB and then turn around and make excuses for him for not great performances or say things like Dak was "good" and that should have been good enough to win.

Reality is, a $40MM+ a year QB has to play better than Dak did Sunday night. Granted, a $90MM DE probably has to play better than he did too, and a $50MM LB has to play better than he did, etc.

So then I ask what has those 14 'game winning drives' gotten Dallas other than 3 playoff games in 4 years?
It's gotten us a franchise QB. Now let's focus on what is actually wrong with the team because clearly Dak is not the issue. For example why has DLaw fell off the map?

I'm a dak supporter. However i don't understand why some go out of there way to defend everything he does. He is the quarterback of this team. The qb gets the blame and the praise during ups and downs. We scored 3 points in the second half. That is on dak as much as anyone.

Last year he had a stat filled year vs bad teams.... but couldn't win against teams with winning records. Or against a depleted eagles team late in the year.

Dak has as much talent around his as any quarterback in football. Ask yourself this. If dak can't win with this offense, how is he going to win when he gets 40 million dollars a year? When because of that huge contract we can't sign as much talent?
