Play action requires more time to access your point of reference in real time, game time action.
We take it for granted while viewing from the couch, but loosing a fraction of a second diminishes a QBs time to read and adjust.

Genius stuff there.

You dont think its coaching? SHOCKING!!!

Thats the Diehard we all know.
I said I’m not sure it’s all coaching. Don’t just read what you want.

You really need to work on your fellow members interaction skills.

Actually, you just tried to make a point and looked dumb doing it. Anyone that watched that game knows that Haskins didnt lead them to anything. The guy was essentially a hidden liability by his coaching staff as he always is. The defense blew up and destroyed Wentz and that offense.
Not about the dumb part, calling Northern Cowboy dumb is rather casual trolling.
Man puts plenty of relevant info on this sight, so lets chill with constantly calling out and degrading good posters on this forum.
But I agree with the Skins Defense being highly respectable,, that part of the Skins, needs to be taken serious.

I picked the games I actually saw. I can't say what Russell did becauseI didn't watch that game and out of respect for my fellow Zoners I'm not going to talk about quarterbacks I didn't watch play. I saw Brees, Brady, Goff, Wentz and Haskins play on Sunday.

You are using box scores and sacks to determine how much pressure the Dak faced and that's just incorrect. Even with Wentz. Wentz got sacked 8 times but he actually got hit more than that.

I didn't see Russ play but his highlights were impressive no doubt. Mahomes was very good this past Thursday too. No doubt.

What part of my original post did you not understand

Dak Prescott was sacked 3 times and hit another 7 times...scores 17 points and loses
Russell Wilson was sacked 3 times and hit another 10 times...scores 38 points and wins
Patrick Mahomes was sacked 4 times and hit another 8 times... scores 34 points and wins
Dwayne Haskins was sacked 3 times and hit another 10 times...scores 27 points and wins
Josh Allen was sacked 3 times and hit another 6 times....scores 27 points and wins
Gardner Minchew was sacked 4 times and hit another 5 times...scores 27 points and wins

Tom Brady (43 year old QB) was sacked 3 times and hit another 7 times...loses but still manages to put up 23 points
Carson Wentz was sacked 8 times and hit another 15 times...loses but still manages to put up 17 points

LOL......basic analysis.

One troll thinks Dak is the reason we didnt go deep when we went deep many times last year and Dak lead the NFL in deep ball accuracy. Then you come on and explain to him the obvious. That it was probably the bad Oline issues.
I knew this was how this season was going to go. They just jump from one scapegoat to the next. One year it was Wade, one year it was Terrance Newman, one year it was Demarcus Ware.....past 3 years its been Dak........past 5 years its been Garrett.....

I love how McCarthy is getting a free week to just chill though lol.

I agree. You have completely failed in your attempt to come up with anything credible.
I will admit you are excellent at everything, esp your inconsistent attempts to succeed.
Probably why you love your QB so much.

I'm not gonna sit here and pretend like I know all of the posts Northern has made but he's using sacks to determine how much pressure Dak faced. Then saying Haskins lead the Commanders to 27 points....if that is the type of stuff he's offering.....I'm not sure if I'd consider that relevant info.

You can say that all you want, his team scored 27 points and he was under as much if not more pressure than Dak was....it's really simple. Our guy could only put up 17 (with many many more weapons at his disposal) and went 1-7 on 3rd downs with 11 yards passing.

Out of my entire list you guys keep picking Haskins to compare with Dak.....must be because he is the only guy on the list that makes Dak look good?

No, I get it. You are sticking with your line despite getting destroyed on it.

I haven't compared anyone to Dak. I was simply laughing at your claim that Haskins was the lynch pin to their win on Sunday. Anyone that watched that game knows what really happened. Hell, you have the stats to look at and you still failed the test.

Awww man if you were a Dak troll you should've just said that. There's a agenda I honestly thought you were one of the neutral fans talking.......

I dont love Dak, I just dont hate him like you. All I do is simply set the record straight. Try saying something intelligent. Heck, I will settle for realistic and you wont hear anything from me. I might actually agree with you.

For the sake of argument . Let’s assume all of our issues are the OL.

Whose fault is it in our organization that didn’t see the weaknesses it would present to undermining an offense that otherwise was expected to be explosive this year?

Exactly,,
But this is the NFL , and there are ZERO QBs that can just set back and go deep all day.
You have to have accuracy at a dependable rate, or you fail.
Dak's been one of the most accurate passers since entering the league so I don't know what this proves.......

Jesus Christ.......let me spell it out.....when gauging how bad or good a offensive line did....there are hurries, hits, sacks.....the damn offensive line was ranked the 3rd worst in the league and you guys are trying to sit here and argue against it.....I'm not even sure what you are trying to do. Dak can play better. What else do you want? This game proves he can't play? I'm not even sure what your point is it got lost....

Genius stuff there.
You ever watch Aikman play and why we ran play action so much with Emmitt?
You ever wonder why we went away from that concept with Dak, even Romo era?
Aikman was probably one of if not the most accurate QBs to ever play QB for this team.
If you have the ability to process and read the field quickly, then play action is in the play book.

I will say in their minor defense....Fredericks retiring was something they couldn't really plan for. They had Looney and drafted Tyler so I thought they handled that part as good as you possibly could in such a short time.

The issue though is McGovern and Connor not being ready to fill in by now. And we were sold the good ol' "these are guys who should've been drafted much higher" line.
