Most thought Frederick wasn’t himself last year and probably why he retired. Looney had started the year before. We should have known whether he was a suitable starter or not.

And if Conner isn’t a suitable starter then that’s another decision on our organization which should be called out.

We can’t just say our talent has disappointed . Someone believed they were enough to start. That’s what I’m talking about. The Collins injury I’ll give them . But our 2 All Pro might need to pick up slack too.

I think there’s more to the story here.

Well a few things......

That is from 2018-19.........
It doesn't exclude the good defenses he's faced......
I guess the Rams are a good team again....they played them last year and won...its also included.
Dak isn't the only player who played the Giants and Skins.
Skins have a good defense but ok.....

Again the stats for this past Sunday show that alot of QB's who got sacked alot and hit alot were still able to put up points and lead their team to victory....you want to keep talking about the one guy i put on the list (who i already said is not as good a QB as Dak) or you want to talk about the pressure the other QB's were under based on sacks and QB hits and still managed to win or even if they lost put up some points? You guys are all predictable i put Haskins in the list because i knew you would all zero in on him (and you all did)...so now lets move on and talk about the pressure that Russell Wilson faced and what he did? If Russell Wilson was our QB this past Sunday we win the game going away and that can be said for other Qb's on the list too

Some of that depends on the scheme the team is running, Rams were running a very short get the ball out quick scheme we were not, but in the NFL 2.82 seconds is decent time for a QB to make reads and get the ball out. It is also an average so there were plenty of plays under the 2.82 average and plenty of plays over the 2.82 average

Fredericks struggled but I think everyone expected that his first year back. I don't disagree with you just think the Fredericks issue caught them off guard but its not entirely even really the true issue. They had a undrafted rookie free agent starting at right tackle after they addressed swing tackle this offseason. That's a issue.

What about "I didn't see those other guys play" are you failing to grasp?Did you watch all of those quarterbacks play you keep bragging on about? You are looking at box scores to determine how well they played. I'm not going that route. I Don't talk about crap that I didn't see. If you want someone to admit that Mahomes and Russell Wilson are better than Dak then let me be the first to do it. If you are encouraging this organization to go out and get a Mahomes or Russell then I'm all for it. Please go get us one. But I'll end on this note........

No I dont wonder, I know exactly why. It was because of Garrett. Up until last year that is when Moore took over. I do wonder about the lack of play action yesterday.

Did you ever bother to look at Dak and Romo's stats when we DID use play action? They have been posted many times over the years for people wondering why we dont use it more. I will see if I can find it for you.

As far as Aikman he was accurate in short to medium routes. And one of the reasons for that is the great Oline and the use of play action.

I hate to break it to you, but the play action game actually makes your reads much easier and guys are more wide open.

So tell me since i don't know off hand, where does Dak rank since 2017 in QB wins? he has been living off his rookie season of 2016 for going on 5 years now. In the last 3+ years he has 27 wins i wonder how many QB's have more than that? I don't know off hand but i bet there are a few and Dak won't be nearly as high

Its a hollow point to say the least. Haksins didnt lead them to anything. He basically stayed out of the way. The game and stats bear that out.

But I get what you are saying. You have nothing to back up your point, but that final score.

Like i said i posted stats for 8 different QB's from this past Sunday lets talk about the other 7 now, shall we? Already stated 2 or 3 times in this thread that Haskins isn't as good a QB as Dak, all i was doing was showing stats from this past Sunday...Want to talk about Wilson now?

Why would I take off 2016? He entered he league in 2016 not 2017.......nice try though.

Nothing earth shattering here. The Cowboys great lline is getting old and fading. Been happening for several years actually. The young guys they have brought in like Williams and McGovern to keep it rolling have disappointed. Now with an early retirement for Frederick they are reeling at center. Looney is a nice temporary short term replacement, but he is no answer.

You can get all the fancy skill guys you want and they make dreaming at night all fuzzy. But when the game are played on Sunday if you dont have the bog boyz up front on both side of the ball your screwed.
