What I said is defenses tend to play that way making it easier to march up the field, because they don’t want to give up the big play while playing the clock. That doesn’t mean they have too or it’s impossible not to score. They were in HURRY UP..

That’s why Dak sucked the rest of the game.. The numbers were all obfuscated by the drive before the half. So he did play POORLY FOR THE MAJORITY OF THE GAME. That’s a fact..
Here’s a fact.

No matter how badly you try to cherry-pick, his overall numbers were good and he finished with the 9th-best Total QBR in Week 1.

Go ahead and slice up every single QB’s game and cherry-pick their stats in each quarter like you did to Dak. Then see where Dak ranks in your Khiladi The Bozo QBR.

DURRRR WHY DAK AIN’T WIN DA GAME ANYWAYS!?!??

Oh, so now it’s because other QBs suck, Dak sucking is justified? So when you want to compare other QBs plays to Dak, suddenly it’s not about how bad they are protected? Why do you keep changing the goal posts?

I dont think so. When things aren't perfect and get tight...Dak stops looking downfield and he shortens the field for defenders. We saw alot of check down safe throws from Dak in 2nd half. He didn't play like $40 mill/year QB - that is clear. But he still has all season to prove he is in Russell/Rogers/Mahomes grouping.
Yeah, that deep ball to Gallup didn’t happen when the game “got tight” or anything.

9th-best Total QBR. Despite garbage pass protection all night.

Dak didn’t suck, your “eye test” sucks.

You clearly don’t watch much NFL football outside of the Cowboys. Don’t even pretend you do.

Was allowing a TD drive before the half part of the defense’s strategy too?
:lmao2::lmao2::lmao2:

1) He didn’t “play poorly“ just because you’re an angry, know-nothing troglodyte who doesn’t like him, facts be damned.

2) He didn’t “play poorly“ just because you don’t watch enough football to know what good QB play and bad QB play really looks like.

3) He didn’t “play poorly“ just because your life SUCKS and it kills you to see a young overachiever make $31.4M to play QB for your favorite football team.

You keep posting the same statement trying to defend Dak at all costs instead of having a logical debate based on statistics.

You are all over the place but end up right back to where you started. It’s clear Dak sucked for the majority of the game and most of his QBR was accrued right before half, when they went hurry up and the Rams were playing the clock..

That’s why you tried bringing up pass blocking to defend this dude, but realized it didn’t work, so now you are back to QBR, which is obfuscated, by you guessed it, that second half drive..

Yippee..

Did Dak lead Dallas to a win? Because you can throw out all the personal "look Dak had this QBR stat" all you want but at the end of the day wins are what matter and since his 13-3 rookie season Dak has led Dallas to an overall record of 27-22....a .551 win %.

And we all know that pass protection will break down because of the number of men in the box... Dak sees people safety man so much, it’s getting tiring all the excuses this scrub has. And then he sits there in an interview and talks about ‘respect’ regarding contract negotiations, while this guy has completely blown when guys like Zeke, Cooper or Smith aren’t here or out and he struggles in practice.. Dude is a clown..

Should have been attempted on 1st drive of second half. Thats why they kick off to start game so that have that opportunity right after half to set tone for rest of game. I thought Dak and play calling played like chicken little most of 2nd half.

I posted his statistics. They were very good, despite the terrible pass protection he had to deal with.

LOLLLL “logical debate”.... with Dak’s know-nothing, idiotic haters???

The stats, advanced stats and NFL analysts all say that Dak played well. Debate over.

Cherry-picking the stats that fit your narrative isn’t worthy of a serious rebuttal.

Oh, so you have ZERO CLUE how QBR is calculated.

Thanks for confirming, Know-Nothing!

You insult people to try and belittle them because your argument to defend Dak simply does not hold up. You say he played 'well' yet the team lost. Oh, and look at Dak's stats comparing the 2nd quarter against the other 3 quarters and tell me again how Dak played well. You can blame 'pressure' all you want but the fact remains that Dak has enough weapons on offense to get more than 17 points.

You heralded Dak's overall game QBR of 92.5 as if saluting how well Dak played and now you insult someone for pointing out statistics:

QBR of Dak against Rams by Quarter:

1st 84.0

2nd 135.6

3rd 51.0

4th 61.4

The point the member was making that Dak played well in the 2nd Quarter yet especially in the 2nd half Dak did not play well.

LOLLLLLLLLLL

Your 1st line.... oh man, please never attempt to speak about this sport EVER AGAIN.
:lmao2::lmao2::lmao2:

“We ALL KNOW” that the number of men in the box causes poor pass protection???????

Um, no, Know-Nothing. Nice try.

Linebackers and DBs “in the box” only affect the pass rush when there’s this magical thing called a “blitz”.

Embarrassingly stupid take. You’re done. Nice attempt at dismissing that awful pass protection rate, Know-Nothing.

HAHA then you call Dak a “clown” for good measure, displaying your sad little complex for all to see. Tragic.
