Dak Prescott’s value was on full display tonight

We had years of him on a 4th round tender and did nothing with it. Thats the time you win. QBs take years to develop and only a few can singlehandedly take a team to the SB before their 4th year. Is he a top 4 QB? Not currently but he has improved each year and this year he was overcoming a terrible defense, bad coaching and 20 pt deficits with a patchwork OL.

Dak’s individual stats have improved but the more stats he accumulates, the less the team is winning. Those stats have not transferred into wins and they have been accumulated late in games that Dallas has no chance of winning.

If they keep him, they better not overpay him in the least because this team needs to be rebuilt and paying Dak $40 million a year will only hinder any rebuilding efforts. The bickering has gotten a bit under my skin. One poster went so far as to tell another "look YOU made the rules for this debate, now live with them!".
