For how much you talk about Dak, he must have a special place in your heart <3❤️

Good. Only concern is he appeared to not trust his eyes several times which led to a few late throws. Maybe some rust. Other than that, good game.

We should give him a couple games....

Haters say "he's a veteran pro...allegedly better than Dak" ...as they look on TV from their fat couch.

VAST improvement from Dalton on a vastly improved team. Why are we not cheering this on...is baffling to me.

I would give a C+ hoping he as a bit rusty because his accuracy was not great.

B, could have been better but Wilson and Gallup had some really bad drops that could have sustained some good drives

Kind of the quintessential Dak type game. Some good throws, some bad, some could have been picks, other players playing well (and drops too).

Numbers look pretty solid, but it wasn't anything special.

Just curious what some other fans think of his Sunday's game.....

Side note: I'm not convinced Gilbert would not have also this game. Something about him that gives me more confidence that Dalton......maybe moxie.

A backup on a new team that was *losing* even with its starter, with a limited offseason and maybe a couple weeks with starter snaps. QB rating 104 and a win.

For just this last game, that's got to be at least B+.

His trend should improve through the rest of the year with more snaps. He is as hoped.

Great back up, didn't hand the defense the game and he did what a veteran should do. Made some good plays even with his feet. B to B-. A few close calls and an INT. Shouldn't have come down to the last drive, but we got a win. He needs to be a threat deep at times.

Dalton drove the bus on Sunday behind the best running game we’ve had all season. As long as we don’t get down by multiple scores and he’s able to manage games we’ll have a chance. Put him in the situation we were in earlier in the season getting down by 2+ scores and we have no chance. We found that out against Washington a few weeks ago.

Put Dalton in a situation where he’s having a pass for 400+ yards to win games and we’re toast. He got bailed out on Sunday by Cee Dee’s circus catch for a score and a dropped INT on the Cowboys game winning drive. If Dak had the same game Dalton did on Sunday the haters would be grumbling.

C is a proper grade. He was ok. His accuracy was off and missed some plays.

Guaranteed Prescott rooted for the Vikings. That's how he rolls. You saw it with his brother ripping this franchise because they didn't give in to his contract demands.

These aren't good people.

But you said Kellen Moore was the next great QB so what the hell do you know?

I am not saying andy is a superstar, but he has thrown for 300-400 yards many many times. Do you really think that is not possible with this receiver group?

But even if he doesn't, and he is your so called "bus driver" and doesn't get the cowboys into a situation where has to wing it 50times. What if the run game keeps improving, and play action starts working. What if they continue to get turnovers on defense.
