Just me , but I already got the feeling that they already have their new DC in mind and in sight.
I've already noted my big 3 DCs, and that includes squeezing out other candidate of Steve Wilks, Kris Richard and Wade Phillips;
I also think the new DC they want will cater scheme around the likes of DLaw, rather than the other way around with wanting the players to cater to the scheme itself.
In other words, a scheme that allows him to be more comfortable with his hand on the ground/3 point stance instead of back pedalling and dropping into lanes and
standing up
