Doubtful. Jameis has had too many bad habits for too long to suddenly rein them in, even with a coach like Payton in his ear.I think you are correct on all accounts - was thinking the same thing about New Orleans. Winston could be a very good QB if someone could reign in his wild side. (in that I mean carelessness with the ball) Peyton can probably do so
