Well, to be fair, Larry Brown was the Super Bowl MVP once.Awuzie was expected to be Kevin Smith but was more like Larry Brown.
He’s an above avg CBI knew he was going to be snatched up rather quickly. We don't like him, cause his poor ball skills, but he is a solid starter who can play inside/outside.
Rhodes had a tremendous bounce back year with the Colts.
The loss of Awuzie? Wow.This just shot CB right up to number 1 for need in the draft
Yes he did but I was reading a tweet that pointed out how he played zone with the Colts as opposed to man before he left the Vikes.
Wow on that one.Awuzie was expected to be Kevin Smith but was more like Larry Brown.
While I agree with that, what's eating at me is many of these guys are signing for much less money and years than expected.Guess I'm wondering what are fans expecting? We are/were NEVER going to sign any of the TOP players that are signing now. Most of the mid-tier players are still out there so still have plenty of time and players before saying we are NOT going to help the D.
They also had a much better front 7. I'd still be willing to roll the dice on him.Rhodes had a tremendous bounce back year with the Colts.
That's good for our scheme.
Cant do much worse than automatic first down ChidoThink the Cowboys can't do worse?
That's always a concern....
He's right though. Feel however you want about Awuzie.....he was our 2nd best corner on this team last year. Some would argue even our best. Now he was still a need because I would've had him play slot this year but corner looks even more depressing now. Gonna need a vet.The loss of Awuzie? Wow.
It shouldnt put to rest talk of Pitts, but it more than likely will now,We all knew Cowboys would lose players, that put to rest the talk of drafting Pitts?
He wasn't a top corner but he was a starter, now more than ever Cowboys need Surtain, Farley, or another corner....
