FEATURED FA agent thread

Does Quinn use a true NT in his scheme? I like a guy like Nixon or Ownuzirike (draft) who are more versatile DTs.
His NT's 2 gap, it's more like a 3-4 NT. However, do believe Grady Jackson played the role in Atlanta.

Interesting, from the standpoint the Cowboys are looking at another 4-5Tech type DE. I truly think their drafting a guy (Rashard Weaver please) for that spot to learn from Urban. All and all I do like the commitment to the front.

he got better as the season went along. I think we all will be stunned at how great he will be this year from the word go. I think he can be an elite cb.
I agree, he could be real good moving forward. Find him a speedy, running mate and they should be good at the position. No issue with Brown as the team's #3 CB, just not #2.

Hey maybe you missed it...more likely ignored me lol....how do you think Quinn will use Armstrong in this scheme?

Am I overthinking this due to seeing him in coverage under Nolan?

Is he strictly a Gregory backup?

Absolutely. I wouldn't discount a player like Lawrence Guy. He has been a starter in some strong defenses with New England and Baltimore. Also,. I didn't list Abry Jones from Jax who have crazy cap space, but he is another good fit for the 1T.
Guy is a really good name.

When this defensive front was at its peak is Seattle, they had a 2 gapping 5 Tech at left defensive end coupled with two interior penetrators. Urban or Guy would do a good Red Bryant impersonation.

I believe I answered you, think he factors in at the Leo position behind Gregory. He is considered a better standup rusher, then when his hand is in the dirt.

In a better world we find upgrades that push Armstrong off the roster. I had high hopes when he was coming out of Kansas but, he has shown very little.

Thanks.

I missed the last response. My bad.
