I think the answer is complicate and may fall into the "all of the above" ^ category. It checks all the boxes. I think you make a valid point. Young man needs help and he also needs to pay whatever the price is for what he done.

its a good starting point. As far as the law goes, No doubt he will have to serve some time or pay a price for what he did. It will sort itself out. Like I said, its complicated. The layers of the onion will have to be peeled in court. I doubt he will be playing FB this year. Just a hunch.

going back to his behavior, I have noticed before all this came out that this feud he had with the ownership and the previous HC was suddenly coming out, all after he signed a mega deal just 6 months ago. almost like the money he got went to his head and he simply couldnt handle the responsibility. Its like it exposed his character flaws. He went down the tubes shortly after he got paid. Just my take. Dude is crashing and burning fast. In record time.His behavior apparently has been very erratic for a long time and now its out of control. SOMEONE close to him has to get into his ear and help him. Hes gonna be out of the league like Vince Young soon.

Exactly, any time I see a thread regarding an athlete associated with some sexual assault charge the majority of posters feign objectivity and "looking at both sides of argument" but almost always lampoon the woman as some money-hungry gold-digger.

if he doesnt serve time then the justice system is broken. I think this thing is much MUCH worse than we all know. More comes out each day and its not good.
