I would hope we've talked to every team about all sorts of possible trades. Doesn't mean we're seriously considering them.

Please remember that there will be so much smoke over the next 3 weeks that we will all choke. Until these media outlets guys can actually name a source or better yet a front office person who can verify these "talks" then they are nothing more than rumors, speculations, and most likely lies to get fans to react. We are just as likely to draft Barmore at #10 as we are to trade up for Pitts at #4.

Pick 4 is valued at 1800 points

Pick 10 is valued at 1300 points. Our 2nd is valued at 460. Toss in a 3rd and call it a day!

This is joking as I’m sure the Falcons expect a bounty plus next years first

Did Dallas offer to throw in a Daniel Stubbs workout t-shirt, rips and sweat stains included?

I really hope not!

LOL. This is just nonsense.

Dallas has NOT called ATL about pick 4. End of story.
This is utterly stupid.
Pick 4 value: 10 +44 plus one of the R3 plus next year's R1.

Dallas isn't even in the conversation.
im curious, do you speak with Jerry or Stephen daily? If not, how could you possibly know they have not called ATL?

Falcons: "Hey Cowboys, you want to trade up to our pick?"
Cowboys: "Sure, that'd be great!"
Falcons: "You do know we'll want proper compensation for that swap, right"
Cowboys: *click*

I suspect the KJ Wright discussions went the same way.
They view an over 30 off the ball free agent LB waaaaaaay differently than they do a 20 year old draft pick that is going to be among the best at his position.

They’d probably be willing to give true value for Pitts. Jerry isn’t the only person in that franchise that loves Kyle Pitts.

Obviously, we can be stopped if the OL doesn't hold up. But if the OL holds up I don't see how we can be stopped now. We scored enough even with Dalton to win games. We need defense. Maybe they are thinking about a world without Gallup, and having Pitts would add a 3rd dimension?

Think they're basically saying we'd pretty much have FOUR #1 receivers on the field........NO team has enough DBs to stop that (lol).

Just like every CONSPIRACY! posed on these boards, lol. Some of them actually ask you to prove their dumb theories.

Because we all KNOW that government and Corporate America LOVE the people and would NEVER lie to them! Agendas, secret meetings, double dealings? Yeah, RIGHT!

Booger doesn't care what they're saying as long as they're talking about him. First he's infatuated, then he's asking him out, next they're going steady and then, it's all over.

Do you realize what they would have to give up to get up to 4?

This would be the crowning touch on one of the worst trade up GM's in history. For a freakin' TE?

I will say this ........IF the Falcons aren't going QB or Pitts, I'm guessing our spot at 10 is probably the lowest they's wanna drop.
Keep in mind, Quinn just spent what 4-5 years in the organization

You think they are unpredictable?

They do everything by the book..

I'd say most of us fans are predictable and this organization rarely makes moves the fans would do. Their recent history has been far more unpredictable than predictable at least to me. To me it was predictable this team freed up cap space by signing Dak to a long term deal that they would use that money to bring in to fill in holes in free agency. Maybe I should've expected them to bring in the Falcons safeties to improve that unit but I sure as hell didn't expect it.

As of right now I have NO idea where they will go in the draft. I'd say going with Surtain would be predictable. But I have no faith they'd even go defense right now.

since Dak signed his contract the media has nothing Cowboys related to talk about so they do this
That is 100% what it is.
Fish noted they haven;t spoken to ATL about pick 4 which would have been enough as headline, story and content.
He threw in other items to milk this nonsense story for content.
