the problem to me is once you find a way to justify getting around a law, then it sets precedence and will become more common place in other areas. if it meets no resistance, it will become a new rule.

True.

I didn't make a decision for you. That's an NFL decision, it's their business, their forum, and hosted in their facility. They've got every right to ask for whatever they want of their patrons to attend and those patrons can decide if they'd like to comply or not attend. Personally it bothers me no more than a golf course enforcing long pants or a grocery store enforcing me wearing shoes. If you're bothered by it I'd suggest you don't go. It will still be packed with folks having a good time.
they have no right to ask for my medical history.

and i honestly don't care if their asking for it bothers you or not because that simply isn't a good guideline on how to build a society we all must live in.

businesses must abide by the laws. the laws say my medical history is private. the minute you allow them to bypass the law for THIS reason, they'll do it for any reason they wish.

and given how politicized the NFL and sports is - my going isn't going to happen anyway but i don't want a precedence set that a business can tell me what i must do to my body in order to attend their functions. and given how politicized they are, i'm damn sure not giving them my medical history.

so you have no problem with having to reveal medical history in order to attend a public event.

the precedence that sets is simply astounding but not a topic for here.

Have you gone anywhere during quarantine where they asked you if you’re experiencing symptoms or been in contact with anyone who has?

Ever been on an amusement park where they ask if you’ve got a pacemaker or suffer from any specific health issues?

I ‘understand’ taking issue with the requirement of being vaccinated, but the angle you’re pushing is pretty shaky

Asking me if I don't feel well isn't asking for my immunization history.

And I tell the airport I have medical reasons to be checked by hand only.

You don't see m to understand my broader concern and this really isn't the place to discuss it. I am not OK with having to provide private medical history to participate in public events.

I live in Tampa. I am a healthcare worker. I attended the Super Bowl. Attendees were invited based on being fully vaccinated. The NFL really treated us well and we had great seats too.
Hey fan... also Tampa now. Us Florida guys need to keep in touch.

That’s a cool story but I don’t care.

I'm always curious why everybody freaks out about divulging medical stuff, but are perfectly OK with sharing their financial info.
