Picking right after us kinda weird and annoying. Who do they want? Eagles probably want wr or line backer? Looking like one them might get parson or waddle? That gonna suck.

Both are terrible and won’t be good next year. Go Cowboys.

I'm guessing the giants draft Waddle and the eagles trade up to 9 and pick Surtain.

The giants are going to be a good team next year. They are the sleeper. Their offense is going to be just fine. And how bad was their D last year? Not that bad of I remember correctly.

people are overlooking that the Iggles oline is a hot mess. Their starting left tackle Jason Peters is what 40? Coming off of being injured, and retired then unretired during the season last year lol...They also have glaring needs along the oline other than tackle. Philly likely traded down in hopes of drafting a tackle. Do nor rule out Slater or Darrisaw for them at 12. The Giants could easily draft Pitts if we pass on him. In fact, safe to say they would. They have a need at TE/wr and he would fill both.

I have

Giants- Azeez Ojulari

Eagles- Christian Barmore
love Barmore but they have much bigger needs to fill at 12. Philly needs cb and oline badly. If Horn is there, he will be the pick..but if hes gone they would go oline like Darrisaw or Slater. Giants needs are many still.

Peters isn't their starting LT. He was signed to play Guard to replace Brooks who was out over the season. When Dillard went down, he shifted to LT. It's unlikely the Eagles will be targeting OL as they need offensive skilled players along with a LB and a CB.

Both OLines are a hot mess. Giants haven't had a good line in several years and let their best graded OL go. They probably hope Slater falls to them. They have had weapons they can't use because they can't open holes or keep a clean pocket imo.

agree..People think its a forgone conclusion that they know what Philly might do, but I dont see them getting a corner at 12. They could have stayed put if that was what they had there eye on ahead of us at 10. The giants on the other hand have holes up front like you said, but seeing how Garrett is there, he would love to stick it to us by getting Pitts. But with philly, I think they badly want an olineman. I see Slater falling to them if we pass on him. They could plug him in day 1 and it helps them.

yes BUT they can land plenty skilled players later. They could nab Toney in round 2 just as well.

Peters started at tackle for them for many years and yes he plays guard too. The moral of the story is the guy is pushing 40 and been hurt alot. I highly doubt they want to press their luck and bypass a great tackle like Slater at 12. If hes there you take him.

They are loaded within the OL, they just had mass injuries last season, kind of like the Cowboys, but their starters are far younger.

Hopefully we snag whoever they wanted. Getting Lamb before the Eagles was probably the most satisfying moment in a disappointing last season.
Did you see the Eagles fans reactions on YouTube after we took Lamb?
If you haven't you are really missing out.
I would post them here but as you would expect. Lots of profanity.
I would love to see some more Eagle meltdown videos again after this draft.

they been sending many scouts and coaches to these olinemen pro days. Where their is smoke theres fire. Why else would you trade down? They could have had their pick of wr's in the top 10. I think they are focused on other needs first.

Why trade away from Sewell or Slater? They might be targeting a LB or CB.

loaded? Maybe some but like you said, they had some key injuries and couple that with Peters' age and how he's been hurt alot, I cant see them passing on a guy like Slater or Darrisaw at 12. That would fix their oline day 1. Gives them great quality and depth as well.
