Surtain/Humphreys and Horne/Ramsey are better comparisons. I would love either player. Two comps I like for either player are Surtain-Byron Jones and Horn-Janoris Jenkins.
If this comp was to hold true, which CB would you take? Essentially, Jones vs Jenkins.
Jenkins in my opinion was the better player in his prime as he was a legitimate ball hawk, but not sure Horn would be that with just two career interception. Actually think Kelvin Joseph is more the Jenkins comp on and off the field. Two comps I like for either player are Surtain-Byron Jones and Horn-Janoris Jenkins.

Yeah they have their pros and cons for sureJenkins was a gambler - Jones would rather be assignment sound. Plus and minus to both.
Same combine numbers and both play with a chip on their shoulders. Horne is probably faster while Ramsey has him by a half of inch.Horn - Ramsey lololol stop
I see a lot of Nnamdi Asomugha in Surtain. Folks forget that before going to the Eagles, Asomugha balled-out in Oakland.
