Is anybody, who has actually watched him play for Miami, sold on Tua? I don't care what he did in college, he was extremely unimpressive last year while Justin Herbert - who was taken right after Tua - looked like the real deal.

The Dolphins are putting together a good team but you've gotta have a QB, and they've got two first round picks in the top 20.

1. No, nobody is impressed w him right now
2. It's not fair to compare him to Herbert..yes he was taken before, but herbert was out of this world good for a rookie
3. Let's not write off a rookie qb coming off a major injury in one season

Heard that Sewell might slide. Technique not that good. Just a big body who uses his size. Played in PAC 12 and saw very few good pass rushers. Not a generational talent or anything special, ceiling might be a good player.

Sewell is the best of the OTs this year but a weak class overall for OTs. Not a good year to be looking for an OT.

I always thought Tua might take a bit longer to acclimate to the league. Despite playing at Bama and putting up big numbers, he was raw. I think he showed enough to warrant what Miami is trying to do. Now if the Dolphins had the first pick? That would be a different story but sitting there at 6 I am not sure someone like Lance or Fields is that much of a guarantee over Tua.

I know I'm a minority here but I'm not convinced if Pitts gets to Lions, Jerry won't go up and get him. Word is Lions and Cowboys have talked and if that's true it could only be for one player.....Pitts. Remember they used a top pick on the TE position just two years ago. Lions could move to 10 and take Parson, a player I've heard/read they like a lot. Not saying I agree, just wouldn't surprise me to see it happen.

+1 .....are you really upgrading the position that much?

Would cost you your higher 3rd round pick most likely.

I think this would be foolish, chasing a TE in the Top 10. When your whole roster building strategy is ignore FA for good players and fill all your holes with the draft, you can't be trading a high 3rd round pick, that could net you a good player, to go chase a TE in the Top 10.

Maybe you are, but from my amateur/idiot perspective, I am not sure I see Fields or Lance (or someone like Jones) as being that definite upgrade. At that point, I'd try to surround Tua with as much offensive talent as I could. Now if Lawrence was a possibility for Miami? That changes things, obviously.

If Pitts is still sitting there at #6 I think it makes too much sense for the Phins to take him to help their young QB out.

Could be Pitts. However there has also been talk teams could possibly be looking to jump Dallas for a CB and could trade into Carolina or Denvers spot. The intial rumor was Dallas was talking trade with Detroit to move up for Surtain. However, if Pitts falls there, I think they close that deal.

I don't think teams are going to jump Dallas for a CB. I think 7, 8,9 are going to be QB and possibly OT trade spots of those picks get moved. If Sewell slides, I think someone will jump Dallas. Could be NY or Philadelphia

There is some rumblings that the Eagles are talking to the Lions to jump ahead of Carolina/Dallas for the top Corner.
