With Tony’s blessing I hope, but I couldn’t be happier to have this guy on our team. Smart as a whip and a true leader of men. Keep stacking those good days Jalen

Today on The Break Amber asked "is it true about the number 9?". They went on to say that they couldn't announce anything and didn't name names but they implied that it was Jalen making the switch when they said the Cowboys haven't announced it because the player wants to announce it and it seems very important for that player to announce it. Seems just like him to be focused on changing his number and making announcements when his job is definitely in major competition.
The Cowboys do not have a player named Jalen Smith.

Again....9, because that is how many yards downfield the majority of her tackles are made.

Good for him. Maybe he can start playing like the player pre-injury at Notre Dame.

There is nothing special about the number 9. No player that was special in Dallas Cowboys history wore #9. It shows the class of Danny White who took the Cowboys to 3 straight NFC Championship games, 5-5 Playoff record, held single season TD, single season passing yard records, member of Super Bowl Championship team, and was one of the Cowboys best punters, did not need an announcement to let a rookie that never played a down to wear no. 11.

So why is there an announcement about a meaningless #9 or #4?

Tony Romo? Leads the Cowboys in all time passing records in many categories. How soon casual fans forget.
