I think he is going to have a good year, but not enough carries to be the rushing champ. Lot's of catches, though.
With Dak and the offense they should be playing with leads. Hopefully the defense will be good enough to protect those leads. If that’s the case Zeke will get a lot of carries to try and control the clock.

Not without injuries to the other RB1's. He won't get enough carries. I don't think he even leads the NFC East in rushing.

Let's see here, 15M RB, 20M WR and 40M QB, what do I do?

He will need to average 25 carries per game to average 100 yards in a game. He would need to play in all 17 to get 1700 yards. Given the number of times he taps out after a little 10 yard gain, I would not bet on him. About 10 RBs would have to get hurt first for him to be in the running. And he would have to give up the low key fading, which he can’t.

If we are lucky, Pollard will get a fair chance and true competition as starter.

I don’t get the fascination with Pollard

I get that he’s “the other guy”, which is enough for some to buy into the “I loved him when” aspect, but he’s a good backup, nothing more. Never showed he’s capable of being an elite runner.

I’m happy to have him but I think he’s overrated here at CZ.

Rely on Diggs, Gallimore, a bunch of rookie draft picks, and undrafted free agents to carry the team.

Anyone think the $40M QB, $20M WR, and $15M RB will carry this team anywhere?

Pollard is not a starting RB, why do people insist he is better than he really is. No way he is even close to Zeke's level to carry the load for a full season.

Agree 100%.

It was like when Darius Jackson was drafted, there were many had him being better than Zeke. And had him in the HOF before 1 carry even in a PS game.

Pollard has speed and is a better receiver and can break long runs. He isn’t afraid to block either.

Overrated? Elliott is the one who is grossly overrated at this point in his career. Low Key Fade can’t even hold onto the ball any by more.

Zeke is still a really good RB, but he needs more help than just Pollard, and thats no knock on Pollard, he had a good offseason and I believe whole heartedly that Pollard is going to provide a nice 1-2 punch but that just isnt enough anymore in the NFL, we drastically need to discover a 3rd RB that does more than special teams.
We need a RB 3 that can have a role when needed, good enough to spell Zeke and Pollard if need be,, this season is a game longer, and age happens quickly at RB position.

not with KM as the OC and not being so pass heavy with WRs etc and Daks deal..this is now a pas first team and not zekes fault that for sure..

IMHO np way he has shot at the RT due to lack of commitment to the run game by Kellen boy genius moore or should i say Run No moore

‘Smoking seed?’ That is a new one for me. Don’t know what this seed is. Marijuana to grass to weed to seed? Love the linguistic journey of words and meanings. I plant seeds, never thought about smoking them.

I would go back to the 50s just for the women. Maybe the cars too. Luckily, I got a Japanese wife who is as close as I can get to a woman of the ‘50s today.
