There's no disdain for Schultz. My issue is people think that Schultz' previous season is reason to usurp Jarwin or even put him on equal footing when talent-wise (and pay-wise) Jarwin is superior and coaches would be foolish not to get what they can out of him. It's great that we have a capable option behind Jarwin, but if you want the best players on the field, Jarwin is that guy if he's healthy and his numbers prove that which is why none of those folks are running the actual numbers or speaking to them when I bring them up.
I think people are just used to Witten's last few years and are happy that anyone at TE can offer YAC and are satisfied with that but Jarwin's going to get you more so you feature him to get all you can. Great that Schultz can offer production when Jarwin needs a breather but you're selling your offense short at TE if you're using Schultz to the detriment of Jarwin.
