I also think. Parsons is going to be a very valuable asset when going against running QB’s.

let Parsons spy the QB and tell him to go get them as soon as they try to leave the pocket.

with his speed and explosiveness. I think he could give guys like Kyler and Lamar, etc. fits.

I'm a lot more comfortable taking him where they did if they're truly going to use him as a passrusher and get him into the backfield, rather than just be a traditional MLB.
Yeah, I’ve been saying that since January. I wanted him to be the pick if they were going to use him to,attack the QB. Once they started talking about him being able to play “on the ball” as well as off… I knew they were going to be creative with him.

He has rare, rare athleticism, and he can make plays in the backfield all day long if he’s used right.

I’m very excited about Parsons.

It will be miraculous if Tyron is "good as new" considering how neck issues tend to work. Hoping for the best but lets PRAY this staff planned for the worst. Plan B better be ready. Just sayin.

Excellent observation. I was leaning toward him early, then the fervor for CB had me looking at Surtain and Horn. But right before the draft I came back to Parsons. Seems the guy just has too much of all things to believe he will not be all world. And the fact he finished college in three years says he's no meathead.

I hope Quinn isn't just regulating him to Bruce Irvin status......
I seriously doubt he is. They wouldn’t be practicing him all over the place if that’s just what they have planned.

I think it’s pretty safe to say that they’re going to use him just how many of us wanted… which is to say move him around and attack the backfield.

That alone makes me really like this coaching staff.

Exactly. The dude knew he was going to be a first round pick.
He could have easily just stopped classes once he opted out for covid and just prepared for the NFL.

he didn’t though.

that shows initiative.

Honestly, I had moved on from him because I didn’t think the team would use him the way that I wanted them to… which would really be the only way that he’d be worth a top 10 pick.

Well, they are and frankly, that news couldn’t be any better. Played in the right way, Parsons will have a bigger impact than any other defender could have.
