He's a better quarterback now than he was in 2016. Mostly just because he's got over 4 years experience..

I think he was a better QB in 2016 because the rest of the NFL hadn't yet built a playbook for defending him like they have now.

we don't face too many clamp down secondaries (I don't mean great, just have to be decent) so his flaws don't get exposed as often as they could, which is fine for us, but to me they're waiting to be exposed and that's my problem. His decisiveness is a million times better than his rookie year, but he still has to think about how to use his feet to extend plays and his throwing into tight windows has greatly improved the delivery is still an issue. He may see the window better than before.
