My brother’s ex-wife pulled some shenanigans calling the police and lying and exaggerating to get what she wanted.

I don’t know what Sherman did or didn’t do. I saw my brother get royally screwed by a system which favors one party significantly over the other party.

My brother never touched her and needed a police escort to get his clothes, most of which she threw out by the time he was allowed in.

I’ll wait to hear the details before I say anything bad about Sherman. The system is rigged and a lot of people know how to play the system. Divorce lawyers work together to divide the assets and get their take.

I agree he's not been proven guilty of anything, yet. I just wanted the fantasies about signing what is left of him to stop.

Yall don't know the details.. Maybe the item is his and he wanted it back.. And the other person says he stole it.. again why the rush to judgement..
THE poster you replied to say "what does he need to steal".....the answer is NOTHING. If someone stole a item from him there are ways to get it back without incriminating yourself or going to prison. That's not judgement that's just the reality.

That is odd.

It would sound odd to someone who doesn't understand the laws and how they work. By the sounds of it, he didn't intend to steal anything, he might be accused of breaking into a residence to commit an assault. In Texas that is a felony.

The no bond part - its hard to speculate without knowing details of the incident. It could mean he assaulted someone and caused serious bodily injury, and / or it could mean he has priors. Again, hard to say without the details. It was apparently serious enough a judge denied bail.

There is nothing "thug" about Sherman. Maybe he learned his "thuggish" ways while being a millionaire or while attending Stanford?

I guess we'll find out if this thing goes to trial. Money, education and thuggery are not necessarily mutually exclusive. Unfortunately, we already have examples to prove it.

Good post. I can't remember the last time you made one without mentioning you-know-who.

In the scheme of things....nothing more than likely but with domestic tied to it I would assume he's trying to get back something he gave his companion and it ended up going ugly?

Hope it was worth it.... I mean if it was unreplaceable maybe? But not much is worth beating someone up for and getting arrested...is it? Guess we'll get more details.

I agree but at the same time I can't sit here and call someone a thug who doesn't have any history of it.

Since you brought it up, maybe Dak should be sharing a cell for all the money he is stealing from Jerry..... There you go.

I will add I don’t understand the CB craziness. If they spend any money it should be on a veteran DT or quality swing T. They are fine at CB.

Well I wouldn't say there are fine at this point, but let the young pups play. Fortywhiners started 3 or 4 rookie corners years ago and won the SB, best way to get good is to play...
