I agree. But people can bring out the worst in others. It happens a lot. Know who you're dealing with. Women know they have the advantage here. Some women will never do that, some will. You can usually tell them apart.

Humans are humans. Both genders and we are dynamic in our actions and decision-making, but we are generally unique as individuals and we, as partners, should know who we're with enough to expect, or at least not be surprised when a... shall we say "consequential situation" brings out leverage and the advantage is taken in the moment.

Drinking and driving is inexcusable. Many have done it and are lucky not to face severe consequences. On the flip side a good buddy of mine's dad was killed by a drunk driver.

My brother’s ex-wife pulled some shenanigans calling the police and lying and exaggerating to get what she wanted.

I don’t know what Sherman did or didn’t do. I saw my brother get royally screwed by a system which favors one party significantly over the other party.

My brother never touched her and needed a police escort to get his clothes, most of which she threw out by the time he was allowed in.

I’ll wait to hear the details before I say anything bad about Sherman. The system is rigged and a lot of people know how to play the system. Divorce lawyers work together to divide the assets and get their take.

If Im not mistaken in Texas they can hold you for up to 72 hours for psychological evaluations in which bail would be denied. If he was threatening to kill himself this is probably what happened. His wife has publically stated that no harm was done to her or her children.
Im sure when the dust all settles most charges will be dropped and Sherman will seek mental help.

Mental psychosis a common problem with CTE. Im not condoning what he has done because well I really dont know. I cant say when we played against him I loathe him as a player but as a Man I wish him a speedy recovery for himself and his family.
If anyone has ever dealt with someone with mental issues and suicide it's Real and should not be mocked or made fun of I will keep him and his family in my prayers and hope that he is able to find the help that he needs.

It is reported Sherman has had some strange episodes like this and may have CTE.
I truly hope not but if he does I hope they can find him help.
This was the same type of behaviour Junior Seau demonstrated before he died.
