This has got to be one of the most volatile points of Richard Sherman's life. Ever since he was 8 he was probably the first kid picked when choosing teams for a street game. everybody wanted him.
Now, training camp begins in a week and a he still had no team. I realize this happens to all NFL players eventually and most handle the situation better.
The wives of professional athletes are far more than just pretty faces living the life because they "hooked" the right man. They are half family manager, half emotional therapist. Their husbands come home after a loss sometimes and they accept no sympathy, encouragement, emotional support or consolation and their wives have to feel pretty helpless. I'm sure many come to an understanding that it's okay for him to find a place where he can be alone for a little while.
I hope everything works out for the entire family. I hope Sherman finds a way to come to terms with the change in his life that will be soon to come, if not now.
