Did anyone else notice Bradlee Anae?

Did anyone else notice him vs the Cardinals? I know he had a penalty but he had two rushes that looked like Demarcus Ware out there.

I honestly couldn’t believe how explosive he looked. Just based on those plays alone there no way we’re going to cut this guy. I noticed Quinn had him standing up and rushing as a LOLB. Thoughts on his play vs the cardinals?

True but I guess it moved a little because it’s the first time we’ve seen him in any game action. And it was eye opening. Looks like Quinn has him playing SAM/LEO think he makes it over Gifford…we’ll see.

He looked good several of our dlinemen got into the backfield un blocked because of quick starts on the snap

Yeah, I did.

He is one of those guys that don’t test real well in the pre-draft lead up but he just has a knack for creating pressure on the QB. He’s just good at it.

He might not be a guy who you want as your head-liner pass rushing DE, but he could be a guy that gives you a lot of quality play (and pressure) playing behind your primary pass rusher.

IMO, he has a good bit of versatility too. I think Quinn might find a few things for him to do. He can help.

Yeah, if it comes down to Anae or Gifford… well, goodbye Gifford.

One is just an off ball LB while the other can be and is a pressure player who can play on the edge. No comparison between their respective value.

I can see Anae being the primary backup to Gregory.

I told people Anae would make the team but was told I'm wrong cause his arms aren't long enough........

Haha, me too. I honestly think that Anae will create some pressure if given the chance… even in the regular season against starters.

I mean, I’m not saying he’s a double digit sack guy (although he could be)… I’m just saying he could play well at LEO while Giving Randy a breather. IMO, of course.

I saw him get so close to a sack behind the LOS only to chase the QB until there was about a 6 yard gain. He's just not impressive to me and IMO, he doesn't belong on this team.
