I feel like Gruden gets the benefit of the doubt because he has the Raiders looking just good enough not to get their butts whooped but bad enough to always be down…..I’m looking at their talent and since he’s been there he’s shipped out guys like Cooper and Mack and he hasn’t really improved the personnel especially on defense. What on earth did he do with the 3 1st round picks he got for them?

It’s crazy because in the NFL guys with fast 40 times like that never end up being more than a back of the depth chart guy. Well the ones taking in the 1st round anyway. Ross, Austin, Ruggs….there seems to always be one.
