After Eagles Come Undefeated Panthers

I’m more interested in what Cowboys team shows up. When the Cowboys don’t show up they can’t beat anyone. They’ve had some very average QBs have career days against them. They were riding a 6 game winning streak in 2014 when they faced a 2-5 Washington team that was down to their third string QB Colt McCoy. Everyone on this board thought we were going to blow them out only to watch McCoy have a career day against us. Romo ended up getting injured in that game. Sam Darnold was playing for an 0-5 Jets team that handed it to us two years ago. I don’t care if the Panthers were playing like crap we better be ready to play or we’ll lose. The NFL is an any given Sunday league.
yes but technically that means as the underdog we should and could win LOL

lets worry about the eagles first..

The Cowboys haven’t done particularly well in nationally televised games especially Monday Night games. They’ve embarrassed themselves in some of those games.
Thursday game 1 opener on the road against the TB Bucs, sb winner, best team in football until they are not..did we embarrass ourselves. Was that nationally televised..not sure let me know

its rhetorical, lets stick to 2021 umm k..

Tell that to the fans who keep starting these Carolina threads. Can’t believe any Cowboys fan would look past Philly. That game could have huge ramifications at the end of the season.

Remember that "easy" part of the schedule? Not so fast.

The Cowboys will play a 3-0 Panthers team in game #4. The Panthers are not only undefeated, they have the #1 defense in both points and yardage. By the way, the Eagles defense is ranked #2 in points allowed.

What I don't understand is how the NFL would think it fair to have a team that played 10 days ago versus a team that played 6 days ago.

That's right. A team that played on a Thursday night will be paired with a team that played on Monday night. There isn't any other way the NFL could have scheduled this game?

plastic---- when i saw it was so so ticked off.....its NFL usual cowboy discrimination.....7 days verses 10 is unfair enough....but 6 verses 10 is Wrong

I said they embarrassed themselves in some of those games not all of them.

Keeping it on the negative side slant yes.

You’re nothing but a one trick pony. Same tiring old theme day after day. Anyone who gives honest opinions and doesn’t pump sunshine is negative. We get it!

Can’t deal with negative people. They try and bring everyone around them down. Don’t like em.

Wait, Darnold didn't look good?

Darnald- 23-34 for 304 yards, 0 TDs, 0 INTS, and 2 Rushing TDs. 96 rating.

Dak- 23-27 for 237 yards, 0 TDs, 1 INT, 0 Rushing TDs. 88 rating

So, you're telling me that everyone here has been talking about how Dak had a great game Sunday, but Darnald didn't look good? Whatttttt?
yeah but you are replying to Aikmirv, did Aikmirv say Dak was great?

Then notify the moderators and see if they’ll create a Sunshine Zone for you and others who want to pump it all day and avoid reading honest opinions.

They already have one. It’s called the Fan Zone.

For the most part the Fan Zone keeps it real. There’s way too much negativity here for you. You spend most of your time here attacking fans for what you consider being negative.

It’s a tough job but someone has to keep them in their place.

Well, if the Cowboys played poor teams and won three in a row, everybody would be writing them off as fools gold.

But oh no, here come the Panthers, a team that edged the rebuilding Jets by five points, beat up a Saints team led by a Jameis Winston pickoff party, and routed a thin Texans team starting a rookie quarterback.

All I know is Dallas took the defending champs down to the wire and beat a very good Chargers team; both on the road. It's early, and let's see how they do against Philly, but right now Carolina is a team the Cowboys should beat at home- especially minus McCaffrey now.

I ain’t scared.

Jets Saints and Texans. I think we got a good idea of who 2 of those teams are.
