No, they’re not. Parsons can’t get to the QB fast enough to cover for how bad Jaylon is in coverage and Jaylon can not stack and shed a block at all.

Again, know the rules. When the play clock hits zero, officials give a second grace period to check the clock and then check back to the snap to see if it's started or not. So it's always a second off when the clock hits zero.
