Doesn’t matter if fans are upset about a holdout. It has no bearing on the outcome of the contract negotiations.

It doesn't, but I see the same fans rejoicing over Jaylon and criticizing LVE, who have fits when a player holdout for more money. It's a business for both sides. That's all I'm saying.

Ugh, okay.

99% when an average Jane or Joe gets fired, they don’t receive a severance package of guaranteed money.

Let’s not act like Jaylon getting cut is the equivalent to some single parent working at the Piggly Wiggly for $8/hour + tips.

I’m just going to chalk it up to LVE being in his early 20s and having 0 awareness.

It’s disappointing his awareness is that low.

LVE knows all eyes will be on his mistakes without Smith taking the brunt of the criticism.

Really hope he can get back to 'Wolf Hunter' status, but i'm not holding my breath.

his job is in jeapordy too....hey LVE don't forget that Jaylon made 35M, for basically being injured and unable to do his job. hey LVE, if any of us can't do our jobs as expected, they let our arses go to....he needs to keep his mouth shut

hey LVE, its a business. just do your job. worry about your own job

Does LVE think he works at the DMV or something?

“We don’t go talking about someone else’s job. So why are they talking about our job”.

I can’t believe he actually said that. I’m so disappointed. One of my favorite players on the team too.

I endorse fans and media criticizing players in this business and always will.

The juice is worth the squeeze in this business.

So in this "business " we should be fine with players getting as much money as they can, using whatever leverage they have? It's just business

LVE had 1 decent year. He hasn't done much since. He's the last person I would expect to gripe.Tells me he's on his way out as well.

I cheer for whatever helps the team and not the individual.

That doesn't sound like the bravado of a wolf hunter, but rather a baby doll or perhaps hopscotch player. Come on Wolf Hunter say AAAAAWWWWWOOOOOOOOooo because last I checked you were still employed by God's team.

I think fans generally just want their football team to be better. I don't harbor any ill will towards Jaylon, he just wasn't good enough to be making what he was making and taking reps from younger players who are probably better. It is what it is. There were things that annoyed me about him and he seemed to be a legend in his own mind sometimes but that doesn't mean I wish him ill will. Good luck to him.
