Because he hates idiots and haters....you say you aren't one, cool....but, you sure do like to post like one.
I don’t mind critiquing. It’s justified in some cases. But this is just asinine. To complain because a player misses his Coworker friend

I calls em how I sees em. That won't change.

Jaylon lost his job because he under performed at it. He's already got a new one. He lives a charmed life full of privilege and you guys boo hoo for em whenever they face a little criticism.

Something happened to this world some make it ugly . I’ve been in the military I’ve seen good and bad evil and good . This is a football website. And it just makes me sad sometimes. Thank you for your support

Yeah that’s fine. But to rag on his Friend for saying something. That’s what pissed me off And you think he lives charmed life. Do you know the pain these people live with when they retire. Some commit suicide. That’s what I mean you don’t have a clue . I wonder if you could do one week of the rehab that Joan had to do for the injury . Do you know the heart that man has. Anybody should be proud that they were be able to play with him. And the quality of his play had nothing to do with it. Only fans. Yeah that’s why they need the big bucks

I don't care what LVE says about Jaylon. LVE should pipe down when talking about the fans.

No it's not the same on the other hand players form tight bonds with each other so I do understand. Fans make all of this personal as if Jaylon peed in their Wheaties. For the players they form close tie that remain over the years even when a player is cut or leaves via FA.

Making bonds with teammates is no different than bonds made with coworkers.

These players get used up and spit out....most don't have anything after football. It's a sad ending for many of them, it's not a joke. With all due respect, it reminds me of many veterans that don't have many opportunities after their career is over. I mean that with all due respect...

I can’t begin to tell you how peeved I am over these fans complaining. It makes me sick to my stomach how childish and clueless on emotional they are

If he's sensitive enough to get upset that people write that a fellow millionaire sportsman 'DESERVES' to lose his job, then I suggest he finds outlets other than Social Media to keep up with current affairs.

What does he think he'll achieve with this statement, a total epiphany from every negative Cowboy fan who'll now march on Jerry demanding that he's given an extension....or has he set a target on his back for every mistake he makes and every troll fans of other teams?

People talk about other people jobs/job performance all the time..."City Workers are lazy", "Government doesn't work", "McDonald workers are dumb and need pictures on the cash register", "Service here S...ks", "How's my driving? It stinks", "State Workers don't do nothing but be rude", "One lawyer thrown in Shark infested water is a good start", "she can't act'. "he can't sing", etc.

So what makes this overpaid LB think that someone would not critique his sports entertainment performance after using their hard earned money to buy a ticket, subscribe to a service, or watch on TV?

With entertainment comes critique and it is not going to be constructive feedback. You don't perform in a performance job, you are going to get ridiculed for bad performance and over praised for good performance. That is happened since Caesar gave thumbs up or thumbs down.

Like anyone else we have no idea what he was trying to achieve with his statement. But football is emotional. If you don’t have that emotion you don’t win. My issue is the fans that don’t have a freaking clue and what it takes to accomplish what they’re doing. Are they making zillion dollars. Yeah and they should they put their body in their life on the line

Do you think that Jones considered how this would effect team chemistry?

Despite the opinion of many fans, Jaylon was a very popular player in the locker room, elected captain for a game earlier this season. Coaches want the players to be close to each other, it fosters teamwork, accountability and commitment to each other.

However, on the flipside, this loyalty to each other can backfire if it is felt as though a teammate was treated unfairly. This comes at a very sensitive time for the young team as they build momentum from a three game winning streak.

Jaylon's level of play was not the consideration here, it was a business decision. I don't believe that McCarthy feels that it the Cowboys are now a better team today than yesterday. This was about money and where it is allocated.

In less than 24 hours Smith has been snapped up by another NFC contender, that's an ominous development.

This might come as a shock to some of you but NFL GM's have a little more expertise than fans when it comes to evaluating the value of a player.

It still doesn’t make it right. Don’t you see the hip hypocrisy of it
