Don't you guys get it after all these years. Jerruh ran most of his coaches off or fired them because it's his team and he controls everything. He tells his HC how to play, who to play and where players play. This team
never wins because he has his fingerprints over all facets of games and the team. He can't stand it unless all attention is focused on him and he gets all credit if there is any. Jimmy fought the good fight but, just couldn't
take the interference just like Parcells. Sorry fellows, no SB's in this franchises future.

"Going over a game plan" with your coach and "creating a game plan" for your coach are two different things. If he had said he helped create the game plan then that would be alarming. Jerry loves football and his team just as much, if not more, than we do. If I was him I would do the same thing. So I don't see this as a problem.

I would bet all the owners know what the game plan is.
However it is ok for these same fans to be ok with the other teams.
But for Jerry it is the kiss of death. The old double standard thing.

Not only that Jerry played football his whole childhood and was co-captain of a college national championship team. Jerry actually enjoys listening to gameplans and probably has a pretty high understanding of what's being discussed (especially compared to other owners)

And ESPECIALLY to many on here.

To be fair, “before the game” doesn’t mean he has input. Game planning happens the week of practice. If Jerry meant he adjusts the game plan, then we clearly have a problem.

And BTW, we also got guys on here that think they are coaches after they started paying for the all-22. We all discuss plays and so forth and give our opinions.

Jerry bring interested in it as an owner isn’t a big deal. If he’s actually deciding plays, then it’s an issue.
