Same..I put scratchers in my sons Christmas stockings, my youngest when he was like 12 won 50 bucks, I was all that's more than I've ever won. I would tell them if they won the jackpot we'd have to have a talk.lol

Drove 16+hours from Dallas to Fancy Gap, Va to visit family in the mountains on the border of NC/Va.

I once got the first 4 numbers in order, as they were being called, then the last 2 were off by one each. That was almost worse than nothing. Lol

Very first time I played Lotto: One ticket, $60. That was 39 years ago, and it's probably the biggest score I've ever gotten, despite playing the same 19 numbers twice a week for the past 20 years.
I once got the first 4 numbers in order, as they were being called, then the last 2 were off by one each. That was almost worse than nothing. Lol

Oops, meant to write 10 numbers. Big, dumb thumbs.

I ran my kerosene tank out this spring because I wanted to move it, and I replaced the old burner with a new one. I got that all buttoned up but have been heating the house with just the woodstove so far, while waiting for a fuel delivery.

Got that delivery yesterday so it won't be so frosty in the morning, or after being gone all day.

Simple pleasures....

Awesome. We use the propane logs normally. Gas this year is 4.29 a gallon Ouch! On the weekends when we are here we use the wood stove. I have 5 cords of wood to start the season. My favorite part is the pot we place on top of the wood stove. My wife fills it with scents that make the whole house smell incredible.

makes you feel much better knowing the house is warm when you get up in the morning.
