Had my annual eye checkup. Everything looks good and my prescription didn't change from last year. My eyes are still dilated so I'm dealing with that.

I still luckily have 20/20 vision.. My doctor said do you want the bad news? I'm like sure!? He said "You can see a knat on a bulls arse at 30yds but, If you was not facing him you damn sure could not hear him coming.

It was 6 months before I could even go back to work...and I didn't even have a problem with the biceps tendon. Best of luck, bro!

I ran my kerosene tank out this spring because I wanted to move it, and I replaced the old burner with a new one. I got that all buttoned up but have been heating the house with just the woodstove so far, while waiting for a fuel delivery.

Got that delivery yesterday so it won't be so frosty in the morning, or after being gone all day.

Simple pleasures....

Thanks for reminding me. I have to order new burners and flavor bars for my grill.

I see all the time a grill thrown in the dump just because the burner is worn through. I have two at our hunt club I only had to replace the burner. I saved them because we leave them up there and occasional they get taken. I also have a vacuum there to use that only needed a new belt.


People are lazy!

Working my final shift before three days in a row off. Back pain troubles. I keep stretching my back out on a yoga wheel.

Yes and No. 20 mins on that thing and i'm good. It uses your own body weight to stretch everything out. It gets the blood flowing as well.

I have an inversion table with heat/ massage I bought from Amazon. Weight limit 300 lbs. Been using it every night for 10 minutes and my back feels better than it has in a long time. After about 8 minutes I'll push myself down a little and get a small pop or two out of my spine, which is something even the chiropractor couldn't do.

I don't have back problems, but my lower back gets sore. I found this video a few years ago, and it does fix lower back pain. Not sure where yours is messed up, but it is worth a watch

I have arthritis in my spine. I do exercises and stretches my chiropractor suggested to keep it loose. Thank you...BTW, I don't see a video. Lol
