It's too bad if this is the actual case, because dak is trending towards being a top 4 qb for us in our history with potential to do something special.

I get being pragmatic esp bc he has had struggles at times but this year he has shown a massive jump and consistency- both of which are massive reasons for our success.

Hopefully those that have a negative outlook can get to a point where they feel better and at least enjoy the journey

Last I looked, Dak didn't beat Atlanta all by himself either..

I can respect a true critic, someone who will give their views of what a player or QB needs to improve on but what I do not get is when that QB actually does improve on those things some still will not give Dak his dues. I have said many times, I don't think right now Dak is elite but then my version of elite is based on year in and year out performance at a very high level. Few QB make my elite status. I have watched Dak go from a dink and dunk rookie QB and continue to develop into a top rated QB in this league who can make all throws and has shown the leadership that position requires and he does deserve the respect.

this is what teams with above average DLs and play defense with only a 4man line, no extra blitz in max 2 deep coverage effect dak much more then ones tryig to manufacture pressure and blitz and leave our WRS more open..

that blueprint is tough to deploy but teams that have those stud 4 Dl can slow dak down and hoe when dak sees this you check into more runs etc

Where did you come up with this assessment? Winston was #1 in exactly two categories in 2019.. yards and turnovers.. He was 26th in passer rating.. 28th in completion percentage and 18th in QBR. Sorry but that is NOT "#1 overall." Hell most would not have even had him in the top 20. No matter how hard you try to peddle such nonsense. But we all know you will never stop peddling it anyway..

Prescott is better then Romo flat out. The leadership factor alone is apparent. Yes the Brady Brees Favre Rodgers P. Manning group all have it or had it.

Now with people like Dan Quinn and yes MM involved they’ve convinced Jerry that it’s not just offense. To get a championship to Dallas with this talented QB you have to get stops on defense and that’s where drafting Parsons Diggs future Jabril Cox keeping Brown Lewis guys like that fill in the puzzle
