Thats what made/makes me mad. People…many know who they are…said the first 4 years of just abysmal coaching, time management, and wasting our talent was overblown, never happened and he just needed his guys. He got his guys 10 times over and still sucked the life out of the organization. No one wanted this guy but Jerry. We were being laughed at and a group here still thought they were the smartest guys in the room!

And now are reduced to being lurkers. Hiding because their name is now mud and their reputation and credibility a running joke. Karma is a *****.

The Giants have been without Barkeley for most of the season and all of last year. They have been without 3 of their top WRs most of the year.

How great did our Boy Wonder look last week when we were missing the starting left tackle and 2 of our top WRs? He looked so good we didnt score a TD.

Some of you are just clueless. You think the Giants are now going to become some offensive power house with a new O coordinator?

It's beyond that. The scheme is dated and awful.

Once they get inside the red zone they seem to shut it down so they dont lose the FG.

It's predictable and the fans here (meaning locally) have known it all year.

Sucks because I thought they would carry him into one more lost season.

They may actually be a threat under Kitchens because they have some talent.

Garrett was always a fraud. The kind of guy who says all the right things and has the catch phrases down, but never delivered in any capacity as a coach. I’d be surprised if he got a job coaching high school at this point.

So I can't disagree with you without being a Garrett Lover.. what are you 12 or something?

You said he didn't use him.. then you said look at the carries.. next it will be "look at the carries between the Center and Guard on every 2nd Sunday on 200 pm in the afternoon, then tell me I'm wrong'.

No mention that he only had Barkley for 7 games out 26.. never mind that out of those 7 games, most of them has been returning from some sort of leg injury.. never mind their OL is horrible and running him up the gut is a waste of his talent with that line.. you totally disregard the passing game - which he could be deadly in with his speed and ability in the open field. The point is to get the ball to your play makers,, whether you hand it or pass it shouldn't be held against someone.

I don't care whether Garrett ever coaches again or anything else about him. But to say "he didn't use him" as some fatal flaw of his was not true and just plain football stupid.. that's all. Usually when people know they said something stupid they result to name calling like "garrett lover" "hater" etc... so feel free to carry on.

The problem here is you are trying to present a nuanced argument against somebody who uses emotion to guide him. Facts don't care about feelings, but feelings override facts for him.

Because the owner was smitten with him. And ‘saw’ something in him that has been clearly shown to not be there.

yeah he is a total fraud. And the owner tried to sell it to use for almost a decade as pie in the sky.
